We had a wonderful week. Condo was clean and very accommodating. Hostess was nice and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our week in Hilton Head, as always.

It was a nice location, peaceful, quiet, and safe area. The condo has standard amenities and was overall tidy and clean. Unfortunately, all the flooring was dirty. It seemed like it wasn't swept or mopped thoroughly. This condo was nice that it had 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, but it definitely is a dated building. Most walls were needing a touch up paint job or repainting. The water pressure in all sinks and showers were weak. The seating area in the living room wasn't comfortable. The furniture was dated with a constant squeaky couch each time you moved. It's a nice spacious condo in a great location about 3 minutes drive to the closest beach area with free parking. The host was responsive when needed so that's a plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If it gets updated then it could be brought up to a better rating. Note to the host. When using the washing machine, it makes a continual high pitch noise/frequency that is heard from kids. Adults don't hear it. We looked it up and it turns out true that this brand of washer makes that sound. Our kids heard it the whole time the cycle is on. Our kids are teens.

One of the best Sea Pines rental places

Easily one of the best places we have stayed in Sea Pines for the 10+ years of visiting. Excellent floor plan, well maintained, convenient to the beach and bike trails, and a quiet part of the complex.

Perfect location for a quick getaway

This was our 4th trip to HHI in as many years with some of our best friends and this was by far the best rental we have found. The setup of bedrooms and full baths was absolutely ideal, and the central location made this place just about perfect.

The property had everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked - even had books, puzzles and games. Instructions for anything we needed were there. I would definitely rent here again!!

Love our Hitting Head week

Love this Villa! The property is well appointed, modern kitchen with everything we need, was clean upon arrival, great location for biking, close to the beach by bike, and we love Sea Pines.
