Wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Kennebunk and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property was just as advertised and the communication with the host was exceptional. Minor problem with a leak under bathroom sink was addressed and repaired. Kitchen and amenities were well stoked and available. Easy access to restaurants and attractions.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a book on all the rules, and how the heat/ac worked that came in real handy with the temp at that of year of warm days and cool nights. The host contacted us regularly to ensure everything was great and that we were enjoying our stay. This house was located in an area that easily allowed us to explore Maine's lower coast area, and we enjoyed our stay there. We would stay there again in the future.

Unbelievable property! Extremely clean, every possible amenity was at the house. Fantastic communication with the hosts! Location was so close to Wells & Kennebunkport. Walked to several restaurants! We LOVED it!

What a gem of a find! Franny and Luke's home exceeded our expectations in almost every way.The location is perfect, tucked away on a beautiful quiet street yet just minutes from town, shops and everything you'd want to explore. The house itself is warm, cozy and beautiful. Three very spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable beds, and a thoughtful touch we really appreciated, both soft and firm pillow options on every bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and checkout instructions were refreshingly simple.A couple of things worth noting for future guests: 1. The driveway is on the narrower side and a portion is shared with the neighboring property. When both households have cars parked, maneuvering can get a little tight, not an issue for experienced drivers but something to keep in mind if you have newer drivers in your group.2. Also worth double checking the check-in and checkout times before booking (4pm/10am), this is clearly listed and entirely on us for not paying closer attention, but the window is a bit tight if you're coming from far away.Franny was responsive, warm and communicative throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
