A cozy and modernly furnished 2-bedroom vacation apartment awaits you.


The 64 m² vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly built house at Mummendorf 2d on Fehmarn. The house was completed in January 2022 to the latest standards and is located on a traffic-calmed street. A designated parking space is located directly in front of the house.
A wallbox is available for charging your electric car (for a fee); this wallbox is shared by two households in the building. The wallbox can charge up to 11 kW and features a Type 2 plug. Billing is based on a daily flat rate of €8.00 per day. The wallbox/flat rate can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi) provided by a third-party provider.



The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), 1 bathroom with a shower and a large mirror, and a storage room with a washer and dryer.


Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate.


The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished. It features a comfortable corner sofa, a smart TV, and a Wi-Fi radio. A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in every season. You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.
　
A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
Of course, there is plenty of dishes and silverware available. Please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided.



The bathroom, featuring a rain shower, is modern and comfortably appointed, ensuring a pleasant showering experience.
You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.
　
One bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, and the second bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed. The first bedroom also has a TV.
A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are also available for the youngest guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate.




From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. Garden furniture and a grill are available for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings.

An ironing board and an iron are also provided.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Please be aware that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.　

The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment, making your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you as well.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct connecting bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must directly follow the previous one and be immediately preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap in the applicable minimum rental period between two bookings. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
