We’ve stayed at Indian Lake several times each year for the last 6 years. This was the finest home we have stayed in, in the best location at the lake. Walking distance to Cranberry Resort, a short drive to The Gathering Grounds, Woody’s sports bar, Gene’s Marine, The Donut Shop.**Devery is an excellent host-Friendly, accommodating and responsive!**The home is luxurious inside. Large kitchen with plenty of room,cooking supplies, dishes, cutlery. Bar kitchen seating, and dining room seating, there is room for everyone! This home could easily accommodate large or multiple families without feeling cramped – it has 2 common areas with great seating. My family loved the swivel recliners that could both overlook the lake or swing around to watch movies in the entertainment area.**The back deck is one of the stand out features:Great view of Pew Island where we also saw an eagle, blue herons, egrets, cormorants, and plenty of ducks. If you are a bird lover, it's hard to do better. Fishing has also been great – we’ve caught bass, catfish, fresh water drum, and plenty of pan fish. With seating around a fire table plus a lower patio area with additional seating and a covered boat dock. We spent hours fishing, hanging out by the fire, playing games, and just relaxing. **We’ve stayed at a number of places at Indian Lake that were “fine”, but we never book them again. This is at the top of our list to return to next year.
