We’re proud to call Naples home and even prouder to share our personal property with guests visiting Southwest Florida. As the owners of Anchor Rentals & Vacations, a local property management and vacation rental company, hospitality is both our business and something we genuinely enjoy.

This home is personally owned by our family, so we care for it with the same attention we would want when staying somewhere ourselves. Because we live and work locally, we’re also nearby if you need anything during your stay.

Location, location, location! That’s one of the biggest reasons we love this neighborhood. We’re close to just about anything and everything Naples has to offer—beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, entertainment and all the things that make living and vacationing in Southwest Florida so special.
But for us, it’s much more than the location. We raised our kids in this neighborhood, so it truly feels like home. It’s gated and secure, the neighbors are incredibly friendly, and it has always had a wonderful sense of community. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we love.
The community amenities have been beautifully upgraded, and there’s always something to enjoy—especially if you love pickleball, because there’s plenty of it here!
It really gives you the best of both worlds: a welcoming, peaceful neighborhood to come home to while still being close to everything you want to experience in Naples.

What makes this home truly special is that it isn’t just a vacation rental—it’s our family’s Naples home. We raised our children here and have filled it with years of wonderful memories, so we’ve created a space that feels comfortable, welcoming and like a true home away from home.
The private pool and outdoor living area are some of our favorite features—perfect for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons in the Florida sunshine or unwinding after a day at the beach.
The home is also located in a gated, amenity-rich community with upgraded facilities, plenty of pickleball and a friendly, dog-friendly atmosphere.
