The "Villa Aurora" is located near Denia, in the beautiful Segaría mountains.
The approx. 20 km long sandy beaches of Denia and Oliva, three 18-hole golf courses (La Sella, Oliva Nova and in Javea), the nature and bird sanctuary "La Marjal", the picturesque almond and cherry tree valleys (e.g. "Vall de la Gallinera"), prehistoric caves, horse riding and tennis facilities: all this and much more can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The very well-maintained villa is situated in a quiet and sunny location on an approx. 1,200 m², fully fenced plot in the upmarket Monte Pego residential complex.
The perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, relax and unwind.
The detached Villa Aurora has a total living area of 220 m². This is spread over 2 living levels. The upper living and pool level comprises approx. 140 m² of living space, a pool terrace of approx. 100 m² that is out of sight, as well as a separate 80 m² flat.
The entire house can accommodate six people, four of whom live on the upper floor and two others in their own spacious flat. In addition to the spacious modern bathroom, this apartment has a bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed, a quiet living room (with air conditioning) and a small kitchen with breakfast table. There is even a small terrace. An external staircase leads to the main/pool level with a further, partly covered terrace and an outdoor barbecue.
In the cosy living room on the upper level you will find a hot/cold air-conditioned bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and an adjoining large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and two washbasins. The second bedroom is also hot/cold air-conditioned and has a 180x200 cm double bed. The second bathroom is an independent shower room.
The open-plan kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare tasty meals together without neglecting the sociable aspect of cooking. If you prefer to barbecue or prepare a paella, there is also an outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace that can cater for your culinary needs during the day.
In addition to the cosy dining area, from which you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and nature, there is also the inviting fireplace room, which makes the family get-together particularly cosy in autumn or spring. For the cooler days, you can also make yourself cosy in the house with heating (for an extra charge).
In summer, the new air conditioning units cool both bedrooms and the large living area to the desired temperature. Both bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.
The pool (8x4m) and the adjoining terrace (including outdoor shower) are not visible and offer a fantastic view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the mountain range opposite.
The house is south-east facing, so early risers have the opportunity to admire the sunrise in all its splendour every day. Here you can enjoy the sun from early till late, even in the winter months!
Of course, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board round off the extensive interior equipment.
The house has very good WLAN/Wifi, which also makes video conferencing possible.
There is a very good restaurant about 900 metres away.
The nearest shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The house does have heating, available for 8,- €/day.
The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.
A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.
There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.
From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.
