Centrally located on Helmholzplatz/Prenzlauer Berg, yet very quiet, this is a spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor with terrace and sandpit. The apartment is particularly suitable for two couples and families.
The quiet holiday apartment is located on the ground floor in the back building of an old Berlin building complex that was completely renovated in 2009, directly on Helmholtzplatz. It has two elegant rooms (each approx. 30 square meters) with high-quality furnishings. The living-bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed as well as a television and a view of the terrace. The bedroom facing the courtyard has a large double bed as well as a sofa bed and another television. The kitchen contains everything that`s needed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and towel warmer. There is also a separate toilet with a small sink. Four city bikes are available to the apartment.
Additional children (more than two people in the apartment) only pay a reduced amount: children up to 5 years pay €10 and children aged 6-15 pay €20. From 16 years of age we charge the adult price (30€).

The holiday apartment is located right in the heart of the Prenzlauer Berg district at Helmholtzplatz (park and play area) wich is a very colorful trendy area with cafés, restaurants and unusual shops. A few minutes' walk away are Kollwitz-Platz, Kastanienallee, the Kulturbrauerei and Mauerpark. Alexanderplatz (approx. 5 - 7 minutes' drive) and Museum Island (approx. 10 - 15 minutes' drive) are also within reach. It is a 7-minute walk to the nearest subway station - Eberswälder Straße/Sennefelder Platz. From there you have a connection to almost all of Berlin's main sights. The main train station can be reached directly by tram.
