The house was cute.

The cleaning service was alright. But the big issue was the automatic door lock. We got locked out 3 times and had to call for assistance twice. Needing new batteries might be the issue. The small bedroom had a springy bed.

Cottage on the water

This was a great place to enjoy fishing and relaxing. Access to the water was easy with plenty of seating and lots of shade.

Last minute trip.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. This home is full of all the necessities that you will need. Quiet community and minutes from restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place.

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was super clean on arrival and they had all the supplies we could need - from shampoo, soap to pots and pans and all in between. The view from the upper and lower decks was great. We enjoyed the quiet nights out there. It was a great view to see the nightly fireworks during they have during the summer. We would book here again.

It is a perfect place for a two couple SPI fun fishing trip. We will be back next year:)

Great Cottage on the LIV Canals

Great stay. Great location. Fantastic check in procedures for late arrivals, the overall process was really nice with the property manager. Very comfortable layout. Really enjoyed the covered deck. Will be checking back for this property in the future. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great couples getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. Loved being on the water. Very clean place. It had all of the kitchen necessities. We had a great time going to the beach, golfing, going to the pool and even laying around the condo. The pups enjoyed their time as well. We will be back!

Updated beautiful and safe.

The house was clean updated and comfortable. This gated community was very safe. The deck and boat dock was beautiful. The sunrise and sunsets we amazing. We had all our meals on the patio.

Awesome little place

Place was awesome. House was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Breakfast on the deck in the mornings could not get any better. The only bad was the sheets on the bed. Not soft at all kinda felt like sleeping on notebook paper. Better sheets and i would have gave 5 stars.

Newly decorated

This home is open concept and newly remodeled. Very nice compared to others we looked at for the next year. Problem is you don’t get ability to rent the next year first because of the rental agency not the owner.

Poor host interaction. Did not know who to call when we had issues. Smoke alarm kept ringing. Trouble with internet. Had no water for 2 days and expected a compensation but were told no. No grill. Found a cockroach! Had to make numerous trips to Walmart. Had to buy hot pads so we could use the oven.
