Bay access adds another layer to the experience, whether you enjoy watching the water, taking in the sunset, or simply slowing down at the end of the day. Guests can also enjoy two kayaks with life jackets and paddles, along with pickleball equipment, entertainment options, and a variety of beach essentials for added convenience. The condo was very clean and nice with a nice view. We saw dolphins from the balcony one morning which was a nice treat. It is located perfectly with a very short drive to just about everything. We would recommend staying here as we would again!

Loved this unit! It’s so nicely decorated & has everything you should need. Even has beach chairs & towels. Stephanie was wonderful to communicate with & responds quickly. We enjoyed being so close to all the restaurants. Peg Leg Pete’s is our favorite. After a day of hanging out at the beach & pool, we loved seating on the patio overlooking the bay. Our stay was excellent , we will def return!

We were greeted with a clean, wonderful smelling, beautifully decorated pet friendly unit. The king bed was very comfortable with My Pillow brand pillows on the bed. The unit was equipped with all the essentials we needed. The balcony overlooking the pool and bay was so relaxing and quiet. We even saw some dolphins in the mornings with our coffee. The check in process was very smooth with timely communication from the host who was accommodating in helping us choose restaurants as this was our first time in Pensacola but not nearly our last. I believe after this experience, we would love to continue our annual anniversary trips to Pensacola in this beautiful unit. Love that there is a friendly manager on duty 7 days a week and the building is secured after 5pm with quick elevator access right next door to the unit and trash chute just down the hall. We did bring a wagon with us which is recommended to make transferring belongings to the unit easy and in one trip.

Overall, the property was very nice and in a great location. I especially appreciated that the front lobby closed after a certain time, which made the stay feel more secure.Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and smell of the unit. Several dishes appeared to have been used and returned to the cabinets without being washed. The couch and chairs looked dirty enough that I was uncomfortable sitting on them and could benefit from professional cleaning. The baseboards also needed attention, and there was debris in the kitchen drawers. The bathroom shower could also use some extra attention. With a thorough deep cleaning, this could be a much more comfortable place to stay.

I have never responded to a review before but I feel I must. I am sorry you felt like the condo was less than clean. I can assure the couch and chairs are in excellent condition as they are brand new. It is very helpful for owners to get honest reviews as this helps us do a better job and fix what isn’t working. I will definetely let the cleaning crew know of your concerns.

We had an amazing stay at this pet friendly condo! The view of the bay was amazing, we even saw dolphins two mornings in a row! We had easy access to the elevators with very nice outdoor areas for our pup to do her business. The condo was beautifully decorated, we felt right at home and the bed was very comfortable! However, there is no washer and dryer in the unit (there are coin machines on the ground floor) and there is not direct access to the beach, you have to walk a little bit up the street to get access. These things didn't not affect our wonderful stay or our 5 star rating. I would highly recommend staying here, our small family didn't want to leave!

A dream

This condo was way more than we expected. It’s so beautiful decorated the minute you step in you take a deep breath. They really put in so much detail into the place beyond decor which again was beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and coffee pods & creamer. Keurig, toaster and blender all available even cutting boards. Extra toiletries and candles also available along with books to read. You forgot your chairs and beach bag no problem all available! The bed 10 out of 10. Now let’s get to the view of the bay the balcony is very large with lots of seating areas access from the bedroom and living room. Very calm and peaceful stay will definitely stay here again if not every time!
