My friends call me Edi. I am a retired chief engineer in a merchant ship. I have bought this condo unit as a retreat and to relax sometimes from the busy schedule. But then I have decided to transform it into a rental unit. For income generation to augment my monthly pension. I live together with dear wife in our house nearby the condominium.
As an engineer, I love to fix everything in the house from changing the light bulbs to installing my solar energy set-up. I sdo all the fixing jobs in the house, welding jobs, cleaning the air-con, and gardening.
I enjoy working the house chores as well as hosting the condo unit. The chance of meeting a lot of people.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Bacolod is situated strategically between the mountains in the east and the sea in the west. We are covered by the mountain, that is why the typhoon is slowed down before it hits Bacolod. I was born and raised up here. Our yearly activities is the "Masskara Festival" It runs from October 1-31. One whole month of celebration. The festival highlights the Masskara parade and are composed of dancers wearing oversized smiling. During your stay, you can visit the "Campuestuhan Highlands Resort" located 800 meters above sea level. A cool place to stay with your family and friends.

Hi -Residences Condominiums is composed of 2 towers, 5 floors high each. I own one-bedroom unit on the tower 1 and a studio-type unit on the tower 2. The condominium is 200 meters away from the hi-way, and that makes the whole property quite and relaxing. While sitting at the balcony, you will see the iron-fenced quadrangle with the green grass. What you will see only are the parked cars and some people walking on the pave road around this quarangle. The young children can safely play on the swing and slide or just sit down on the chair provided while watching your kids. On the clubhouse is the gym and the swimming pool free of charge to enjoy for the guests. Just outside the secured gate is the pizza house, you can order pizza, chicken bbq and beer, together with tou family and friends. Opposite the road is the 7-11 convenient store.
My place comes with a parking space, If you have a car you can park it there for free.
