A cozy rustic cabin with all of the modern amenities. This cabin is located on a peaceful secluded 5 acre lot.
Wrapped in beautiful tongue and groove pine and finished with bold rustic Adirondack furniture, this cabin is warm, welcoming and cozy.
Two beautiful porches, concrete patio and walkway surround the cabin, making your outdoor stay comfortable and convenient while you take in the serenity of the property. Nestled 300 feet from the road.
The space
A 14’x48’ cabin, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen area, front and side porch. The cabin sits on a concrete patio with a side walk.
The cabin is brand new and construction was just finished in December of 2025.
Guest access
The entire space is available for rent. Guests can enjoy the entire 5 acre lot the cabin sits on.
Other things to note
This is located in the heart of Tug Hill. Guests can choose to enjoy the outdoors and experience all the area has to offer or just relax and enjoy our cozy space!
The property is located across the road from NYS land where hunting can be enjoyed! Guests can also ride their ATVs or snowmobiles right from the property to the trail system! You are minutes from hiking, biking, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV riding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
You are located just minutes from NYS hiking trails, including Cascade Falls! Winona state forest is also in the vicinity.
Tuggers restaurant and the Barnes corners General Store are both less than 2 miles away for drinks, dining and fuel.
Located 15 minutes from Adams Center, 25 minutes from Watertown and only 60 minutes from Syracuse. For fishing enthusiasts, we are located only 40 minutes from lake Ontario and the infamous Salmon River!
Enjoy skiing at Snow Ridge mountain or tubing at Maple ridge, located approximately 30 minutes away
Dry Hill skiing and tubing is only located 15 minutes away!
There is plenty to do and see all year long on the Tug Hill! We hope you enjoy your stay!
