Step inside this updated Durham home and enjoy a bright, comfortable layout.



The spacious kitchen is the heart of the home, with stainless steel appliances, generous counter and cabinet space, and a large island with seating for three. A separate dining table provides additional seating for meals, while the adjoining living area offers a comfortable place to unwind. The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.



Sleeping arrangements – up to 6 guests:



• Primary Bedroom: King bed, dedicated desk/workspace and private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed and dedicated desk/workspace

• Third Bedroom: Twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle



The second full bathroom is located just off the kitchen and features a tub/shower combination. It's also home to the washer and dryer.



Guests staying for work or an extended visit will appreciate the two dedicated workspaces as well as an in-home washer and dryer.



Outside, the covered side porch is furnished with comfortable seating for relaxing with your morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day. A gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking. The large, fenced backyard gives everyone a little more room to spread out and is especially convenient when traveling with dogs.



With a comfortable layout, updated interior, private outdoor space, and room for up to six guests, the home works well for couples, families, Duke visitors, business travelers, and longer stays in Durham.
