Permesso # ** FBGTX-15504 ** Heidi's Haus è un bungalow degli anni '20 con pavimenti in legno, pareti e soffitti a perlina e tetto in metallo. Entrando nella casa in attesa di una quant area aperta alla sala da pranzo seduti. La cucina è dotata di metallo e armadi dipinti originali. Appena fuori la cucina è la stanza lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. La tana è spaziosa con camino a legna in pietra splendida. C'è un parcheggio privato fuori dalla strada dietro cancelli.
Haus di Heidi è un luogo perfetto per un weekend della ragazza, fughe romantiche e molto altro ancora!

Stay was enjoyable. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the back patio for morning coffee. Shopping downtown was fun and lots to look at. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay.

We’ve stayed at this house for Oktoberfest for the past three years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer while still feeling comfortable and at home.The house has so much character and charm, which is a big part of why we keep coming back year after year. It’s well maintained, welcoming, and a great place to relax after a day of enjoying the festivities.Heidi is a wonderful host and is always quick to respond whenever we have a question or need anything during our stay. Her communication and attention to guests make the experience even better.We’ve enjoyed our stays so much that we’re already looking forward to returning in 2027.

Cute, comfortable, and well stocked house. This is the second time I have stayed at this house. The location is great. Not too far to walk downtown if you don't mind walking a few blocks. Definitely recommend this house for a friend or couples' getaway.

Three couples stayed here in January and were comfortable, warm, and still had plenty of room.

Cute Bungalow a short walk to downtown

We loved this place! Cute decor, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms for getting ready. The kitchen is well stocked and our stay was perfect!

The house was just what we needed and perfect for our family! Each bedroom is comfortable and has it's own bathroom. Location of the house is very convenient, close to the Marktplatz. And, there are 3 outdoor seating areas.
