The property exceeded expectations. The neigborhood is great and made for some enjoyable walks. The host was on top if it all and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Matt was very responsive. Easy to communicate with. The house was nice, clean and ready for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great view of the city from a distance. The small town feel was so nice for being so close to the city. Good restaurants. Good Uber distance to city. Beds were nice and comfy. Plenty of everything we needed. Parking on the street was easy. Didn’t take photos of the house but got some nice back deck photos of the sunrise

We needed to find a place near UW Medicine that was both pet friendly and quiet, and this location exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed to cook on site with coffee, grocery stores, and restaurants all within a few minutes. The host is incredibly accommodating and kind when it came to booking and coordinating our length of stay.

The host was awesome! He made us feel so welcomed. The kitchen was fully stocked. Family-friendly house. We spent a lot of time in the home and my girls loved playing in the back yard.

Property was clean, in great condition, and exactly as advertised. Kudos for proactive communication from the host, and for the little treats left for us on arrival. The entire process was super smooth throughout. The location is lovely, at the top of a hill in a quiet section of Magnolia, with great views out the back of the house and a beautiful,view of downtown, especially at sunset. The beds were comfortable, and the combination of basement suite and two upper floor bedrooms was perfect for our group. I'd rent here again without any hesitation.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. This was the first time I used VRBO and was very satisfied with the experience. The property was described accurately and was very clean and nice.

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was by far the cleanest and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and left flowers, cookies and wine. There was lots of room for us to spread out. The outdoor space was very comfortable and welcoming.

What a beautiful home in the quiet, lovely neighborhood of Magnolia. Terrific views of the space needle, Seattle downtown and the Mt Rainier, all from the deck and even from the kitchen! We enjoyed our stay at this home! The owner, Matt, was a tremendous host and checked in with us well before our trip began. He maintained excellent contact and was always available to answer our questions. The home was exactly what we needed for our 5 night trip: a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet evening in for my family of 4! Having lived in Seattle for over 9 years, Magnolia was a perfect neighborhood to return to for my family. Super easy access to the downtown of Magnolia which is delightful with all its lovely shops. The home was beautifully maintained, quaint, and comfortable. We would stay again at this property without any hesitation!

This property is even more gorgeous than the photos! Perfect location, spotless inside and outdoor spaces, VERY well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds! This place has it all! And the host could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We will definitely book again!

Host left thoughtful welcome gifts and the house was very clean and comfortable for our family group of adult guests. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed our stay in the house.

If you like the style of a 1928 beauty, this is your place! And this classic has a large, modern kitchen, the best equipped that we four chefs have ever rented. The guys said, “Even the knives were sharpened!” In warm July weather we spent many fun days and evenings on the sizable deck off the kitchen. Our grandchildren visited, and the dog ran around in the grassy, fenced backyard. No air conditioning, but air coolers and fans in every room. Never a lack of parking on the street. And lovely views of Seattle from many windows and the deck, and special to see the Space Needle off to the southeast. We want to credit Matt, our host, with being very responsive to any house questions, and also for keeping a very clean home.

This home is fantastic - clean, well equipped, comfortable and has wonderful views! Our communication with Matt was top-notch - very professional and easy! The location in Magnolia worked out perfectly for our family! I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

A week in Seattle

We had a great time- used the Seattle City Pass to visit 5 choices, plus the Ferris wheel, Winds over Washington, ferry trip to Bainbridge Island and a drive to Whidbey Island. The location of the house was great - we ate several times in the village- quiet and away from the crowds. The nearby park was amazing for our boys.

We booked this property based on the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The house was perfect - incredibly clean, great location, and had everything we could have possibly wanted (fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels/linens, games for our kids). Highly recommend this property! 10/10

Lovely Stay

We were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving and chose this home for our stay. It was a great gathering spot for our small family. The house was welcoming, comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. The host made the process super easy. I'd certainly consider staying there again when we return to Seattle for our next visit!

Great host and location

Matt was incredibly helpful, decorating the house for Christmas and leaving thoughtful treats for our kids as well as us. He even supplied additional seating when we had relatives over for Christmas dinner. Great neighborhood and a view of downtown from the back window/porch. Best VRBO host we’ve ever had.
