Camminare al di fuori, si trova una zona living esterna con cucina all'aperto che offre una cabana e grill. Un bagno completo si trova appena fuori la zona piscina. Godetevi un sacco di spazio salotto all'aperto vista perfetta. La piscina è facoltativamente riscaldata. I punti di vista e tramonti da questa casa sono alcuni dei migliori in Florida Keys. I navigatori ameranno questa posizione in quanto offre un facile accesso sia al Golfo del Messico e l'Oceano Atlantico. Il bacino di acque profonde può ospitare fino a un 'imbarcazione di 30. Il molo offre una stazione di pulizia del pesce, acqua ed elettricità. Il proprietario tiene la propria barca sull'ascensore a casa e non è a noleggio. Non rimarrete delusi da questo squisito casa. Il piano terra della casa ha un meraviglioso piano piano aperto con un ampio soggiorno e cucina di lusso. Vi è anche una zona pranzo con un tavolo meraviglioso che può ospitare 8. Grandi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e porte scorrevoli in vetro mostrano la fantastica vista e una grande camera doppia al piano terra. Il secondo livello della casa offre una grande suite matrimoniale con bagno privato. Il bagno principale dispone sua e la sua vanità, grande vasca e doccia stand-up. A piedi fuori dalla camera da letto matrimoniale, si trova un balcone perfetto per rilassarsi. Questo è solo il luogo ideale per rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino o un buon libro. Ci sono altri due posti letto camere da letto matrimoniale ed una quarta camera da letto completa con due letti singoli. Tutte dispongono di bagno adiacenti. C'è anche una scrivania in ampio corridoio. La casa offre anche un servizio gratuito di telefono Wi-Fi, e HDTV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere e nelle aree comuni. Absolutely Beautiful Home!

Couples Retreat 2024 couldn’t have been held at a better place. This home is gorgeous and there is tons of space to spread out! Mallory and Riley are wonderful and were super helpful after we ran into some spa challenges. Thank you for the delicious key lime pie too!!! We would absolutely return to The Vaca House!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Perfect location and great vacation!

Communication with the host was great and they immediately answered any questions we presented. We will not hesitate to book this house or another one with them. This was during spring break with 5 teenagers and 5 adults.

2023 Family Vacation

Exceeded expectations

What can I say about this property that the pictures don't show. It is everything we hoped for and more. This property is a statement property. The check in process was a breeze. Mallory was available via text to answer any questions. There was PLENTY of space for our party of 9. Each bedroom had it's own full bath which was a bonus with such a large crowd. Plus a full pool bath and a powder room by the kitchen. All the cocktail glasses for margaritas, mimosas and wine. A beautiful wet bar in the main family room. Tons of space for keeping drinks cold, even the master bath had a mini fridge. Only suggestion I might add is some extra blankets in the closets (kids were cold after being in the sun all day). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including a GIANT pot for our final dinner where we cooked live lobster for the group. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends. If you are hesitating, don't. You won't be disappointed.

Mallory and her coworkers do a magnificent job and resolve any problems. We have already booked next year. Thanks to the owner for hosting us.

Just Fantastic!!!

We had 3 couples stay and had a fabulous time for two weeks. The house, location, views, and deck area were all just perfect. The management company was also wonderful to work with. This home is very well taken care of and perfect if you want to relax with a spectacular view and I am sure just super if you are a boater/fisherman as well. Very highly recommended!

Marathon

The property is a custom built home, high quality and very beautiful with great location as well. Very well furnished. As one might expect there were a few glitches, ie some lights need to be replaced, ice machine adjusted, written instruction for operation of the pool and jacuzzi, the manager came by and directed us to which we had no further issues. I would encourage the management team if they do not , please have a check off list for each room for example the master bedroom's TV was none functional, which they responded and a new one will be required to be ordered. As well as some other operational items that could be directed at the time of visiting the home. Over all it is a wonderful place to stay and some of the inconviences could have been averted.

Garbage truck there before 6:30 AM Saturday and was charged $50 by Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals for a can of garbage that was left from cleaning out the refrigerator the morning of departure.

It is a beautiful property on the water with great access to the Atlantic ocean side of Marathon. With a few exceptions, everything was well maintained and clean. There were 8 people in our party and the house nicely accommodated all. The furnishing and appointments are top-notch and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, although some might find the front upstairs BR bed too soft. We were not thrilled with the rigid policy of a 9AM checkout on your day of departure. This did not allow us to enjoy our last morning of vacation. Also, the security lights around the house remained on all night and were very bright in the bedroom windows while sleeping. Other than that, a very good property. I would consider staying there again.

A Beautiful Stay
