This apartment was perfect for our group of 10. The location was great- easy to walk anywhere from here. It felt very safe. We really enjoyed the lively piazza at night and the fact that the windows were very sound proof. Check in and out were easy. We coordinated our airport transport at the last minute (our fault) and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect for our two families with eight people and the location couldn't have been better! There was plenty of space to spread out and having the equipped kitchen and washing machine was wonderful. The communication with the hosts before, during, and after our stay was incredible and they accommodated a last minute request to extend our stay by one day at no cost due to an unexpected medical issue with my son. We all loved overlooking Campo de' Fiori which has a daily market and then transforms to a fun nightlife location in the evenings. I highly recommend this apartment!

Clean apartment, excellent location. Carlo was very friendly when he met us for check in. Bathroom in the master bedroom was excellent. Verytt communicative host. Seating for our group of nine was tight. Be prepared to pay significant cash immediately upon check in, although it is noted in the property listing it would have been much better to be able to pay through the portal as we had just arrived in Italy with barely enough euro to cover the cost. Also the amount we were charged for electricity upon check out came as a surprise to us, The host provided prior notice that only a certain amount of kilowatt energy per day will be permitted without added charge but it’s impossible to know how much electric will be used during the stay and the amount charged per person at the end of our stay (nearly 100 per couple) was much higher than expected. I have never had to pay extra for electric in my prior VRBO stays. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay.

Property was perfect for a group of 9 of us. The stairs proved to be challenging for the older parents (age 76) but they mustered through all 59 steps. lol.We got one towel per person for 5 nights, which worked fine. Given the heat (100 degrees plus) a clean set of towels at the halfway point would have been nice. However, we didn’t ask for it. Also we ran out of toilet paper midway and took it upon ourselves to purchase more from a nearby store. Shampoo was provided but no conditioner. All in all for 9 of us (6 males, 3 females) it was good. Location was nice - we lived the market / square area behind the building.

Great location, large apartment, 5 comfortable bedrooms. We are a family of 8 adults and had plenty of room to stretch out. Kitchen was well-stocked and having a clothes washer was helpful. We walked to most attractions and restaurants. The piazza can get a little loud at night. The hosts are very communicative and helpful with recommendations and also arranged for a very early car service to the airport.

Great communication with host and perfect location right above a local Piazza. Morning is food, clothes, local crafts - by the evening restaurants and bars. Amazingly, the flat is really quiet when you close the windows!We stayed with family (5 members 60 of age) stairs but we made it happen! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Rome

Our stay in Rome was wonderful and enhanced by the centrally located apartment near Campo de' Fiori. We certainly enjoyed shopping for fruit and vegetables every morning at the Campo de' Fiori market.

Great location, beautiful property, and working air conditioning!

Our family of eight had only 3 days to see Rome - and this location was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the property manager met us and efficiently got us through check in, and worked with our schedule for checking out. There was enough room for everyone, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning was working! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Carlo and Flavia are prompt to respond considering our time difference. The apartment was clean and looks over Campo di Fiori. Which is an amazing market and has wonderful restaurants and nightlife. There are 5 bedrooms the back 2 you hear no nightlife. The front bedrooms hear more but if the windows are closed it was way less. I want to say this DID NOT stop us from sleeping and a noise machine would completely block out the noise. The apartment is completely walkable. 15 minutes to The Pantheon 20 minutes Fontana di Trevi 30 minutes to Vatican City. We walked everywhere and 3 of the 10 of us have either knee, foot or back issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Senior Graduate trip

The great location and layout of this property suited our group of 9 very well. We loved the market being right there and lots of restaurants and shops close by for us to either grab breakfast or a drink before dinner. We walked easily to all the main attractions during our stay. Carlo was very communicative, punctual and helpful before and during our visit arranging private transfers from the airport and train station. We loved our time in this vibrant area.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely rental property. It was nicely located with a fun and active central market square viewable from the apartment. We were a larger group of 13, and were able to all stay at the same place. We enjoyed the old world charm that this apartment had to offer. And were treated well when we were there. We were also able to walk to all of the room attractions that we wanted to visit.

Great location. Large enough for the whole family.

Compo Dei Fiori is our favorite. Great places to eat, shop and watch people. It is safe and easy to access. This apt is as listed. It was comfortable for our large group of 12. We were surprised by how quiet it was even with the late night celebrations going on. The rooms were large and very comfortable. They helped arrange airport pick up and met us at the apartment for easy check in. It was GREAT.
