What a great property right on the river. My grandkids enjoyed fishing, floating the river, playing pool and air hockey. My wife loved the scenery and sound of the river. The house was very clean and well stocked. I really appreciate the recliners after a long day hiking and rock hounding. I felt good to prop up my legs. We are thinking of booking a longer stay next year.

the listing is not a house it is a home - amazing place to stay - right on the river - soothing sounds from multiple decks - best stocked kitchen we have ever had, and we have traveled each season for the last 10 years. Pool table was a plus for us - all ameneties are there, muliple TVs games and the river. Harry is an awesome host.

Great house on the river!

Our stay was great from the time we arrived till we had to leave. The owner was very nice and we had everything we needed to start our vacation off right!

Relaxing getaway

We traveled from Mississippi & this place felt like another home to us. Comfortable beds & the kids were very entertained by the things this home had to offer. We hope to come back this summer!

Absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful place to stay. We relaxed by the river and caught a few trout and fried them for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Mr. Miller was very pleasant and greeted us when we arrived. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed here numerous times. My family loves the house and practically live in the river. Smores around the firepit and chasing fireflies is a perfect way to end the night.

Family reunion weekend

Great location right on the Cullasaja River! Open the doors and you can hear relaxing sounds as it rushes by. Nice house with good space.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry’s house. This was our third summer and we can’t wait to come back next year. Harry is a wonderful host and makes the house feel like a home. The kids had so much fun splashing and tubing in the river. This home is the perfect location and we were able to explore so much around western North Carolina.

Great property!

Loved the little house on the creek! We were close to everything we wanted to do and we enjoyed a dip in the creek everyday! The house was comfortable and clean with the softest bed! We will diffently book this one again!

Another Memorable Stay

This was our third stay at this lovely property. Love waking up to the sound of the river. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, eateries, etc. The home is clean and very well appointed. A home away from home.
