Thank you for your feedback Augusto. When I wrote to you in Feb. 2025, I mentioned that this is my winter home (not a smart rental) and that if any little thing was amiss to please contact my rental manager Mrs Pat Bland so that it could be dealt with immediately. I regret that you did not mention these things to Pat, as I did check with her to enquire that everything was satisfactory. Both the coffee pot and the shower head have now been replaced.

Thank you for your feedback Sarah, I am saddened that you were disappointed with your stay in condo #1. Please note that my listing on vrbo specifies that it is not a "smart rental", but my genuine winter home, so I regret that my home did not please your completely. I did check in with Pat who is the property manager, and she informed me that " Your guests have been very happy, no problems and I believe they will come to PBC again." The one house rule I wish you had followed was to notify Pat if there were any issues - such as deficient housekeeping - it is up to Pat, as the manager, to supervise the maid. Once again please accept my regrets at your disappointment... I hope your next Bajan vacation is what you anticipate.

Thank you for your feedback on my winter home. I am sorry that you were disappointed, but as I've mentioned, this is Not a smart rental - this is normally where I live, and the only reason it was available, was my hurried repatriation in March 2019, and my inability to travel since. I will contact my maid and request a more thorough cleaning (she has been with me for many years and I have never had a previous complaint about cleanliness) so thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you enjoyed the spectacular view - it is without question the best view in the Holetown area.

So pleased to hear that the weather was cooperative, and yes, the sea is always incredibly warm at this time of year - (it is one of the benefits of a September trip, but sorry that there were some restaurants closed, however as you say, they also want a holiday!) Hi Deanna I am horrified and shocked by your review, as a conscientious host I wrote to you on Aug.4 and said "Pat is my substitute when I am off island, so if any little thing is amiss, **please let Pat know: "* . as I am aware that occasionally something can go wrong, so I checked with Pat during your stay and Pat informed me that everything was fine as you had not contacted her! - I have researched why there were no amenities, why there was only one towel each? - None of this is normal - If you had notified Pat she would have immediately offered you as many towels as you wished for, and rectified all deficiencies and seen they were promptly fixed. Apparently my maid Roz was away on vacation and a new girl Sandra, was filling in. My apologies for her lack of understanding what I require for my guests!(she will not be rehired in future!) I do not advertise a fully aircon unit (only the bedroom) but as the condo is situated in the path of the Tradewinds, there is excellent cross ventilation during the daytime from leaving the doors open and the gates locked so that any thing wet pegged to the back gate dries within one hour (and by adjusting the louvers on the windows and the back door - it is normal for the living room to remain at a pleasant temp. - not too warm, . plus there are tower fans and ceiling fans which regulate the cooling! Pat would have shown you if you had let her know. As the fridge is *brand new*, you were the first guests to use it, so I am surprised you think it is "old" Thank you for your feedback, and I have contacted Pat so that any deficiencies are taken care of and no further guests are disappointed. Again my sincere regrets that my home did not live up to your expectations.

How kind of you to write a review Lindsey, it is very much appreciated. It is always a great help to other visitors when they can read a review from someone who has actually spent time in the condo, especially understanding that one can truly be only a few minutes at most from all the bars and restaurants in the "trendy" 1st and 2nd street area of Holetown, but one never hears a sound from them, only the swish of the waves lapping on the beach.
