We had a delightful 7 day stay in this home. Everything is as depicted. We didn't use the pool but we certainly could have because it was clean and easily accessible. The host is extremely responsive and quickly addressed our questions or needs. Highly recommended

Great vacation! House was located in North Sarasota close to beaches, airport and shopping. House was clean and well maintained. Resident duck living in Palm was a welcomed attraction. Pool is screened and well maintained. Laundry room was very convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area. Elicia was very accommodating and checked in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely rent this house again. 5 stars!!!

We had a great week at this lovely house. Close driving range to all the local beaches. Lots to do around Sarasota. The covered pool and porch was fantastic. Quick response by our hosts. Would definitely recommend.

The house was just as described. It was perfect for us and our adult children and grandbaby. The screened in pool was great! Being able to bring the dogs along was the best. Elicia was great to communicate with. Fast response to any questions. We never ran out of hot water! And believe me it got HOT. We would stay here again. Beaches were about 20 minutes away.

I’m so glad the house worked so well for everyone—from your adult children to your grandbaby (and of course the dogs!). Families really seem to love the home because the screened-in pool gives everyone a comfortable place to relax and play, especially during the Florida summer. We’re also fortunate to be in a great location near Ringling College, with easy access to Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches, the beautiful Ringling Museum and Circus Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and so many nearby parks and family-friendly attractions. It makes it easy to enjoy Sarasota while still having a peaceful place to come home to. Thank you again for choosing our home. We’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

This house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a brand new grill. The pool area was great for lounging and outdoor eating and the backyard was perfect for the doggo. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to Indian Beach for the sunset. We rent in Sarasota every March for the month and this was our favorite rental so far.

Thanks Celia We hear that a lot. Being a 5 min drive to everything is super helpful during snow bird season bookings when the drive goes to 10 or 15 min to get places. It’s just a really great location. And pedestrian friendly to walk to the Starbucks one block over or the bay beach 4 blocks away. Both super great for morning walkers. Great Property!

This property is great for all ages. The location is nice and the atmosphere is cozy. We were not too far from Tampa and so close to the Lido Beach. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely think about booking here again!

People often fly into Tampa because it’s only an hour -ish to get up there to spend a day there St Pete or even go to see the Crystal River and kayak with manatees (so amazing highly recommend) We thank you for the fantastic review and are beyond thrilled you want to come back. Wonderful stay in nice locatoin

We really enjoyed the property location, which allowed for nightly walks through a charming neighborhood to see the sunset over the beach. It is also convenient to the main thoroughfare and key attractions. Large backyard, plus room to spread out inside the house. Wonderful stay!

Thank you Alison for the 5 star review. These are so appreciated. We do love our little Bayshore neighborhood. And it is finally almost back to normal from the 2024 hurricanes. Just a few more fences along the path to repair etc. we were so lucky to only lose our fence and pool cage and already have the new fence installed and new pool cage to go in in May of 2025. We are loooking forward to your next visit and you can check it out then.

Great house close to everything

We had a great stay. The pool isn't heated so we couldn't enjoy it and the mattresses definitely need updating but all in all it was a great spot for us to spend winter break. Thanks for having us!

Sonya I’m really happy you all enjoyed your stay and the location of this house. We have received this positive feedback a lot from guests since we’re within just a couple miles of downtown Sarasota, st Armand’s circle and the gulf beaches. Guests love this location. (Especially now that Starbucks moved in 2 doors down) Regarding the mattresses, 2 of the 4 are new the one in the master is new last year. It’s such a personal preference we tried to get one’s that are firm yet have a soft topper. If you come back let me know the issue and I can send you an extra mattress pad if that is your preference or have them switched between the rooms if you like one more than the other. Comfy beds is important to us. Hope to have you back next year!

Wonderful getaway

We had an amazing time staying in Sarasota. This home slept my entire family and the kids loved playing in the pool. The owners did an excellent job of accommodating us and communicating with us. We would recommend staying here.

Coming back next year!

It was a great place to stay. Have been coming to Sarasota for more than twenty years we will stay here every time we come back if we can. A great host, house and location. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Close to everything we enjoy doing and great neighborhood to walk our dog. Staying here again next spring.

Sarasota Family Celebration

This was a perfect place for my sisters and their husbands as we stayed in Sarasota for a week to celebrate our parents' 60th anniversary. The pool was a bonus. The living room and back porch with a nice table is perfect for morning coffee and family conversations.

Thanks for the 5 stars Lauri!!! We do try hard and it is so awesome when guests take time to let us know they like the house and the location. The new pool cage is going in next month. It has been on back order since Hurricane Milton. We also have a brand new privacy fence that has just gone in and makes the back yard while so close to the city still feel so private and contained. Paradise awaits!

Very spacious home with a beautiful pool in the private backyard. The hosts were very responsive! The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown restaurants and shopping! So relaxing!

Wonderful location in Sarasota

This home is in a great location close to the Tamiami Trail. We were able to ride our bikes around the neighborhood and into downtown Sarasota. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great place

My family and I enjoyed the location, the home, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will be back again! It was clean and stocked with necessitates such as bath towels and first samples of laundry, dish detergent, and soap. Close to grocery stores and beaches!!! Great place to stay with a family!
