The house was nice but very dated. Carpets and mattresses need upgrades at this price point. But we had a nice time and the location was perfect.

We did not have a beach view, but it was only a 7 minute walk to the ocean.The kitchen was well stocked; the house was very clean. However, the beds needed an upgrade. Enjoyed our stay and we would rent this property again when we return to Hilton Head Island SC.

Great Location, Property Needs Some TLC

Location could not be better, the home needs some updates. Pool was good but only had 2 loungers for a 4bdr home. Kitchen has a lot of items, but older items, most knives couldn’t cut a pineapple. Living room was great, spectrum TV was a huge plus. Screened porch sizable deck was a great feature. Entertaining space is wonderful, home is older and feels as such.

Perfect location!

This house was a quick walk to the beach, had a very private pool, a fully enclosed deck and was on a dead end street so made for a nice easy walk with our dogs. I would love to stay here again! The home was well equipped and just lovely!

Nice house spectacular pool

Great house. Spectacular pool great area we enjoyed biking around the area. Only 2 things worth talking about Kitchen was tight with 2 adults in it. Beds were good sizes. Mattress weren’t the best.

Birthday 🎉

The family enjoyed the layout of the house and proximity of the beach. For the cost of the rent for the week the house does need updating inside and outside. Even though we did use the deck it is in need of replacement, we did have a designated place to place our dry goods. We were glad that we didn't need to use the table in the kitchen because there is were we placed some of our goods and the desk and on the counter near the refrigerator were used as well. Some of the cabinets should be cleaned out. Our son-in law said that you need to look at your filter since there is some backwash. I must say that we did enjoy the our stay in the house and the children were happy they were able to bring their dog along. My daughter is looking into it for next year.
