The house has plenty of room and was perfect for all of us that went. There could have been more towels provided. (but I didn't ask for more either) The house could use some updating as well (for the price) But I get it, why update it if people are going to destroy it. But over all it was great and We will definitely book it again!

This property is beautiful! Jeff is the best! Answered all our questions and kept us informed on everything throughout our stay! For the size of this property, we were amazed at all the amenities and provisions provided! Nothing was lacking. The views were amazing! Would consider renting again if we needed this size home again.

We have stayed at other river homes with Jeff and we are always pleased with the whole experience. Our group of 13 was adult family and it was an amazing time. Beautiful large kitchen fully equipped made it convenient for family dinners so we didn’t have to leave the home much. The home was spacious enough for our large group and the game room was amazing for the young adults. When we were exhausted from playing in the river the jacuzzi and pool was a great way to end our nights. Our family will never forget the amazing memories made at your property.

Great family Verbo

Firstly our host Jeff was always available to answer our questions. Air conditioning keep us cool after our excursions. Everything worked. We rented a 12 person boat and docked it in front of the house for 2days. This is a place that is perfect for large families with little kids and all ages. Lots of stairs if you have mobility issues. Great game room with access to the pool. We had so much family fun and got to bring our dogs. Walmart is 5 min away. For anything you need. Thanks Jeff!!! Remember if you are bringing family and kids this is the place.

Beautiful and spacious home. Great infinity pool and spa. The view was awesome.Only one issue, but not a complaint, just an observation: For guests with boats, it is worth asking and familiarizing themselves with some of the very shallow spots on the river.

This house is beautiful and huge. The pictures online don’t do this place justice. All the bedrooms are so nice! Four of them have their own en suite bathrooms, most have balconies but all are very nice! The house is amazing and so is the owner very easy to work with. The house is fully stocked! Just add food! We caught fish right off our dock, went jet skiing, hit the casinos, ate and had a blast! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home

There was a group of 10 of us for a 40 year reunion. We are a group that get together every two years to get caught up with each other on our lives and our families. We had a awesome time here and we love the home. Jeff was amazing on working with us if we had any problems with the home. The only downside we saw was that with a house this big that there should be more utensils and cookware for the kitchen. This is a place I would return to to enjoy a wonderful stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Was exactly as expected if not better, there were plenty of rooms to go around for our family and friends. Location is wonderful with close shopping and far enough away from the chaos of Laughlin, having the dock area off of the main river was great! We were here for 4th of July weekend and it remained calm. Jeff was very communicative and accommodating. We would absolutely come again.

Best Place on the River!

This is a great house for a group of couples! Everything has their own bathroom and nice, comfortable beds and the location is amazing with a view to die for! The pool and spa is all you imagine and downstairs is perfect for playing games, playing pool, ping pong etc! We loved this place and have already inquired for another date!! LOVED IT! Thanks so much!

Bullhead City

We enjoyed our stay at this Bullhead City house. The house was extremely spacious, the views were incredible and the game room was especially fun. The house was beautiful as well, but probably in need of some light updating. It would also help if it was a little more stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only downside of the whole set up would be the cleanliness. It wasn't horrible. However, I would definitely say that if you are one that is a super clean freak, it might not have been acceptable for you.

What an amazing property!

This property was breath taking and massive. Everything was pretty much self explanatory and Jeff was very thorough with the rules and the check in/check out process. There was just so much space and so unique. Kind of remind me of the properties in rocky point Mexico. Would highly recommend!
