Benvenuti a Villa de los Sueños! Venite a godere di questa tenuta bellissimo paesaggio e gated situato nel prestigioso quartiere di Punta Aguila di Casa de Campo sulla sponda meridionale della Repubblica Dominicana.

Villa de los Sueños ha una vista spettacolare della buca 11 del Teeth of the Dog, il campo da golf professionale di fama mondiale di Casa de Campo. La tenuta si trova a soli 100 yards dalle acque cristalline del Mar dei Caraibi ed è un golf cart corsa lontano da tutti i servizi esclusivi di Casa de Campo, tra cui Minitas Beach, il Resort Hotel, i negozi del Marina, e splendidamente in stile villaggio di Altos de Chavon.

Si entra i lussuosi interni di questa villa marocchina attraverso 10 piedi porte ad arco arabo-stile in una doppia altezza foyer e soggiorno con una grande terrazza anteriore adatta per intrattenere i grandi gruppi. Uscite attraverso archi drammatici in un cortile in stile Marrakech che si apre ad una grande forma libera piscina a sfioro riscaldata con una grande vasca idromassaggio isola e penisola gazebo.

L'interno della Villa de los Sueños offre sei suite, per un totale di 7. 5 bagni, ognuno dei quali sono dotati di vasca idromassaggio o una doccia esterna a cielo aperto. Adiacente alla zona giorno sono una confortevole sala multimediale di proiezione e un ufficio privato. Guardando oltre il primo piano è una terrazza galleggiante all'aperto con un tavolo da conferenza e proiezione TV adatto particolarmente per le riunioni esecutivo / da tavolo.

Una spaziosa cucina con isola centrale e vasto immagazzinaggio è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici Viking, due dispense e una cantina, che sono tutti progettati per stazioni di servizio del maggiordomo e sala da pranzo privata. Dietro la cucina e fuori del modo è un'area di servizio che comprende due camere di servizio e due bagni, nonché un tre auto garage coperto e cantina.

The Villa was a perfect setup for our group of 12 - 6 adults and 6 kids. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool, pool table, ping pong table and movie room were all big hits. The staff made the trip truly memorable. Enrique was incredibly responsive throughout the trip and Memin was fantastic with drinks, anything else we needed, and especially great with the kids. We also enjoyed a number of meals prepared by the chef at the villa throughout the week. Overall we would definitely recommend and look forward to returning when we are next back in the DR.

I can’t say enough about the owners, their manager and especially the staff! The Villa is beautiful, and everything works. What makes a stay like this special is when the staff anticipates your every need. The chef was also amazing. We had a group of 8 men golfing and actually wished we had not made dinner plans out a couple of nights.

Great villa!

Our family had a great time at this beautiful, tropical villa! All the staff was amazing and all the food was delicious!! Location was great and was just a few minute golf cart ride to the beach. We had family members of all ages ( infant to grandparents) and the villa was great for all! Lots of great memories were made!

I’m sometimes suspicious when all the reviews of a property are 5 star and all gushy and glowy. But in this case I get it. We’ve stayed in multiple villas in Casa, so far this has been our favorite! We had a group of 10 - 2 families with adult children and their significant others. House accommodated perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out, but also to hang out together. The pool area was fantastic. Well decorated with lots of interesting pieces which gave it a cool, yet relaxed vibe. However, the shining stars of this villa are the staff. Memin who is the concierge was great. Fun, spoke good english, was there when you needed him and absent when appropriate. He really went above and beyond - we miss him already! Angela the chef was great - we dined in 3 nights and went out 4, but would have been happy staying in every night. The housekeepers were great as well. Walkiria the property manager we already knew from a different property we stayed at last year - fantastic as always!I would 100% recommend this property.

Beautiful home and wonderful hospitality

Would highly recommend. Memin, Carlos, and Amparo are the best! Amazing meals and tremendous hospitality, all in a beautiful and architecturally unique home. Spent a lot of time by the pool and eating outside - fantastic setting for a family or larger group of friends. Bedrooms are airconditioned and well-appointed. All with en-suite bathrooms.

PERFECT VACATION

We travel a great deal on golf vacations. This was the absolute BEST we have experienced. The house was GORGEOUS and the staff was even better. The butler was incredible, polished and the chef was exceptionally talented and creative. The house was immaculate! and the amenities where more than we would have hoped for. We will book this house again next year-

The property was beautiful. Walkeria, Meme, Amparo and the rest of the staff felt like family. The owner Chuck was super accommodating. The value of the property on the 11th hole of teeth of the dog was unbeatable. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.

A wonderful vacation

Our family, ranging in age from 12 to 80, had a wonderful experience at the villa. The property manager worked with us on so many things, including a menu that teenagers as well as older adults loved. The chef was fabulous and Memin took care of all of our wishes--the entire staff was fantastic! We could not have had a better experience. Thanks to all!

DR Family Trip

The staff was terrific and the house was comprehensive, well maintained, and the pool was really nice. One of the golf carts needed some TLC so we were glad to have rented a 3rd cart. The listing should mention the pet monkey in the cage by the pool, he seemed happy and super cute though. We had a really nice time. Thank you!
