maestose vedute dell'oceano calmare la mente tutto il giorno in questo complesso di ville premier, ma c'è di più: servizi in loco per intrattenere tutti come 2 piscine all'aperto con grandi ponti per prendere il sole, in giardini tropicali, e un percorso lastricato sulle dune di sabbia a destra al onde che lambiscono la spiaggia dell'Oceano Atlantico.

Questo condominio all'ultimo piano 3 suite per 10 persone con 2 letti matrimoniali in due delle camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato di un doppio lavabo, una vasca da bagno e uno step-in doccia in vetro con posti a sedere per lasciare che le preoccupazioni della giornata lavare via. Ogni camera è arredata unicamente per comodità così. Una suite dispone di un balcone con vista mare ... ma c'è un grande balcone al largo della open-concept zona giorno completamente piastrellata, che dispone di una grande sala, zona pranzo per 6, e una cucina completamente compilato che include posti a sedere bar per 4. E 'grande se stai cucinando o semplicemente fare carry-out; è spazioso e aperto per ospitare tutti. In aggiunta a tutto questo, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice anche per la vostra convenienza.

Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada, troverete i Coligny Plaza Shoppes, con oltre 60 sedi di ristoranti, abbigliamento o regalo di specialità raffinati negozi, anche spettacoli dal vivo in stagione. Great beach location

Pool bar Jim’s (PBJ), which has a rich history on the island, is on property. Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants is right across the street. Beautiful beach. Good communication with management company. Property could use a little updating. That’s the only reason for a 4. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome location - appliances need some help

The location is perfect. The condo itself is very large and comfortable, we were thrilled with it. Several things that need to be fixed or repaired before anyone else stays:Broken washer, broken dryer, broken ice maker, two tvs didn’t work (back bedroom, and lock out), broken beach chair, multiple electrical outlets not working.So it was a bummer that all this stuff isn’t properly maintained but we loved the location.

Spring Break

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) stayed here for 4 nights over Spring Break. Condo is as advertised and is in a great location! Single only complaint is that, upon arrival, we realized the ice maker wasn't working. We notifed the property manager (Five Star Properties) within the first 24 hours that it was broken. They responded fairly quickly that they would get an appliance repair person out to fix it. We never heard from them again. No repair, no communication. Went through out entire stay without a working ice maker. Mostly annoying when you pay a pretty penny to stay somewhere on a beach vacation. But the condo is lovely and clean overall!

Our Happy Place

Always enjoy our time in Hilton Head, but this apartment was very, very well, furnished, roomy and quite comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Fall break with the family

When we walked in, I could not believe how elegant and beautiful this condo was! The first time there has been enough seating for our entire family. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms were ,great, also. We usually stay in the other end of the island, but loved being here. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect Getaway

The place and location were ideal for our family. The unit is spacious and clean. Provides some great sunrise and beach views. Convenient to everything. We would definitely rent here again.

Such a fun location

Our family, age infant to 70 had a lovely time! The three bathroom set up was a game changer.. Perfect for literally 3 families (albeit small families 😎) Great location, beautiful views.. We will be back!

Great Location

The location is directly across from coligny Plaza making it convent to a lot of things. The walk to the beach is very short and the view was great. I would recommend this place.

Great stay!

We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!! Great location and beautiful, clean condo with plenty of space. Our only recommendations for improvements would be that it seemed only half the outlets worked, and it would be nice if beach towels were provided.

Family Vacation

The place was great! Much bigger than we expected and quite clean. We came with our family of four, my in laws and my husbands brother and his fiancé, we had plenty of room for all of us! The location was perfect and the pool was so nice to go to, especially with pool bar Jim’s right there. Would definitely come back!

Great location

Awesome location, right there in heart of Coligny, but just on the outskirts of all the busy-ness on the beach at the public access. Great condo layout, huge bathrooms and closets. There were a few electrical outlets in the living room that somehow didn’t work, but otherwise nothing bad to report, great place! Thank you!

Family Vacation

This property was beautiful and so big! The bedroom setups were perfect with my husband and I in the king room and the other 2 were so spacious for 2 daughters with their husbands and our 3 teenagers. Plenty of space on the sectional sofa and the patio was great as well. Location was amazing directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. We had an amazing time!

Good location

If you are looking for a place with an ocean view, steps to the beach, and a lively atmosphere, this is the place for you. Great condo. Each large bedroom had its own bathroom so it made it easy for the three families with young children. Only minor issues, it could have been cleaner, the beds needed new sheets and a flat sheet would have been welcome, the kitchen could have been organized (the little ones found the knives in a bottom drawer and the silverware was dumped in another drawer). Since we had little ones we did a lot of cooking. But overall, nice condo and great location.

Our Stay in this Condo was exactly what we expected. - Clean, plenty of room for our family of 9. The view of the Ocean was great. Accessibility to Food and shopping was awesome. The Access the Beach was great. The 2 pools were perfect. And Jims Bar and grill on the property was also awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property for a vacation stay. Family of 6 and all kids got their own bed! Win!Win!

Another amazing week in HH

We had a great week at villa Goulet. There was plenty of room for our family. The view is amazing. Just waiting to see when spring break is for us next year so we can book again. We will be back.

Nice place

This is a solid condo. Not all that fancy but 3 bedroom, nice living area, great location if you want to be where the action is. We didn’t cook all that much but the kitchen seems fairly well equipped. We prefer Palmetto Dunes simply because it is a bit more chill but this was good for a Feb visit. I’m guessing that it is pretty active in the summer. Nice to have piggly wiggly and Coligny Square stores/restaurants directly across the street.

Sharks HHI 2022

The facility has three elevators, the Saturday we arrived two of three were out of order( repaired Monday). This put all the pressure on the lone elevator that worked, which resulted in waiting our turn, multiple times a day. Condo held our group of nine fairly comfortably, which is what we wanted. I felt we paid a high $ cost for this convenience. Rooms were clean, seemed dated, but hey we were in Hilton Head. We appreciated the view from the balcony, and the sunrises and sunsets. Communication from 5 Star Properties and the owner was excellent. We could walk for morning coffee, ice cream, get groceries etc. which we took advantage of all week. Daughters really liked the closeness to Coligny Beach stores.
