Fantastic home on a fantastic piece of West Branch Delaware Water. The host was very helpful and the home was more than comfortable for four adults. We will certainly be back.

We loved this place. It was perfect for what we were looking for. My wife was in recovery from some breast cancer surgery and wanted a comfortable and beautiful place to hang out and get some R&R. And I wanted some fly fishing right out the back door so I could be near, but still be on the river.The "cabin" (house) was very nice and did have everything we needed. We cooked most of our own meals at the cabin and the pots, pans, dishes were plenty and of good quality. Used the washer/dryer several times, which worked well for cleaning up after me being on the river. The weather was nice enough no several of the days we were there that I could wade wet without my waders.Diana was a very responsive host when I checked in. But we didn't really need anything. It was all in the instructions book or obvious to figure out. She pretty much left us alone and we checked in a couple of times. I have no doubt if we would have needed anything, she would have been on top of it.We highly recommend the place and will probably return again someday.

Excellent property situated nicely on Delaware River. Post was attentive and informative, and was sincere our efforts to have us enjoy your stay. Properties close enough to town to get what you need and driving distance to other localities.

Paradise on the Delaware

Great stay/ house feet from the Delaware. My wife and I had a great long weekend getaway. House was awesome, views are incredible. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful grounds

Myself and my friends stayed for a 5 days and we had a blast.The house was fully equipped.The views were amazing.located in a private area but yet so close to stores and shops.Enjoyed time by the fire pit and playing games.Definitely worth staying here.

This location is amazing. The river is right in your back yard. So clean and great for fishing. Our dogs loved going for daily swims. The house is nice. Looks just like the photos. It is a very peaceful spot. We absolutely loved it. The view is breathtaking. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely come back.

River Paradise

Diana is an excellent, responsive host. The cabin was exactly as described. Walk out the back deck and you are at the river. The cabin is very clean, beautifully decorated, and contains everything you could possibly need for a relaxing weekend. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent property!!

House is as advertised and shown in the photos. Very clean. Beautiful location right on the river. Nice deck. Fire pit and chairs right on river bank. Diana was a gracious host who made communication and check in a very easy process. Would definitely stay here again.

Magnificent retreat by the river

This was by far the most beautiful, clean, lovely retreat that we have encountered during our Catskill visits. We felt as if we had a true escape!!!! Diana was very nice and the home was well equipped with dishes, linens, etc. It was simply wonderful! Thank you!!!!

Relaxing Vacation

We were happy when we arrived at the cabin, looked just like photos. The master bedroom is huge, bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful out of every window especially the kitchen. Saw eagles and deer by the river. Water was cold but got in. Only complaint was the area going into the river, not really a beach. Had a nice visit.

Hoping to come back for a longer stay

This trip was phenominal. The beauty of the mountains and the river from the deck and fire pit kept me smiling.the whole time. Bald eagles, fish jumping in the river, butterflies and humming birds! The cabin is so well supplied in the kitchen, blankets for outside use for those chilly nights. The beds are so comfy! And speaking to her was like talking to an old friend♥

Peaceful Getaway

This location was idyllic- so quiet and peaceful.The River is right at your feet - you can wade in and fish. We saw an osprey eating a fish in a tree, bald eagles and many kingfishers. Deer visited one day. The cottage is clean and comfortable. We were delighted that the BBQ was such great quality - a bonus. The master was so comfortable with stunning river views. The sectional on the deck was perfect for lounging. We plan to return.
