Descrizione completa: cottage SPLENDIDO con portici coperti sul davanti e sul retro della casa! Il portico schermato di fronte al lago, si estende per tutta la lunghezza della casa ed è perfetto per guardare il tramonto. C'è un ampio prato piatto che conduce al molo, con un pozzo del fuoco per il vostro divertimento. Il camino a legna (interno) è disponibile per affitti invernali durante i mesi più freddi.

Lotto scenico situato su un punto di Smith Lake - con una bella vista a lungo raggio. Il lungolago della casa si affaccia a sud, con esposizione al sole da est a ovest - offrendo tramonti mozzafiato! Visto anche dal punto di vista di Duncan Bridge e Clear Creek. Questa casa si trova a pochi minuti dalla città di Arley ed è in vista del porto turistico di Duncan Bridge. C'è un lancio in barca sulla proprietà. Il molo include un gommone coperto con ulteriori posti da legare e un molo da nuoto. Non c'è energia per il dock.

Ci sono due TV a schermo piatto sulla proprietà, una nel soggiorno, una nella stanza di famiglia.
Entrambi i televisori dispongono del servizio satellitare DIRECT TV.
La casa ha il servizio internet WIFI.

Peaceful and quaint

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient, cozy, and peaceful. House was very clean and owners are very responsive and communicate promptly.

Great location on the point

We had a great time at this property! It is a bit dated, but an excellent location on the lake with no stairs. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Smith Lake this year. The location of this house is perfect. There was a few issues inside the house the owner/rental company didn’t know about but once we told them they let us know it would be taken care of. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great house on the water.

We had a great time although short at the house. Our son got married at Hidden Cover so it worked out well. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an awesome house on the water. Thanks again!! David & Linda Wheeler

Buff's stay

The house was very clean, and it was nice that the AC air was turned on for us when we arrived being its so hot outside, the only thing I would recommend is putting a matt in the bath tub downstairs it gets very slippery taking a shower, we would definitely rent this house again, it was great having a personal boat launch as well, and the screened in porch was nice to sit and have coffee in the mornings :) and the view is awesome!Our family had a lot of fun!

Reviewer Comments: Location is great, beautiful home with everything you need.Swim platform needs some attention—rotten deck boards.Would be nice if there was a key to access house door on lake side in addition to key to front door. Key box had been moved to front porch railing from picnic table on screened porch ( confusing). TV in den where all the seating is was too small to see—size of computers monitor! Upstairs flooring needs some serious attention.couldn’t ask for better location on lake, even has its own launch ramp. We. Would definitely stat here again.

The super short (and no stairs) walk from the house to the private boat dock is what sold us on this house! Short drive into town and just minutes from the marina! House was clean, just as pictured, and the beds were all comfy too.

The worst VRBO ever. We walked in, stayed 5 minutes and left the place. Not going to stay there

The land is beautiful. The exterior of the house is old, tired and green slimed. The front porch furniture is broken and you can't sit. You walk in and the musty smell hits. Inside is very dark unlike pictures. So of course you to blinds to open to give you light and the blind falls on your head. The pictures show brown leather couches. What is there is some sofas covered under chocolate colored blankets. I dared not look underneath. The pictures show the back of a red leather chair. that was the final straw. When you walked to front of chair, someone had sat in it so long, there was a huge black head stain - disgusting and several other body stains on the chair. At that point, we turned around and walked out of this house. All den furniture as shown in pictures is totally misleading and what is there is beyond gross. You couldn't pay me to sit on any of it. AN EXTREMELY ANGRY FAMILY who let immediately and no one has offered to refund us a dime. Don't get us wrong - this could be a beautiful place but the furniture is simply disgusting. The Drews.

Wonderful view from a flat lot

After seeing all the steps between houses and the lake, we appreciated the soft slope of this yard so much more! The view is lovely, it’s just down from the bridge and marina to be convenient, but far enough away to not be bothered by any traffic. The National Forest is directly across from this home, so beautiful, undeveloped areas to enjoy. The house was clean, and had most anything you need - a little shy on pots and mixing bowls but the knives were sharp! We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful place with great location, but needs some attention

We loved the location of the property and the overall arrangement and layout. However, it was not as clean as we would have like (mold on both shower curtains, items left under beds and in drawers by previous renters). Also, the coffee maker did not work, and I had to call twice to get told to go purchase one, and I would get reimbursed. One ceiling fan on the porch did not work. I reported this but never heard back from the property manager. Finally, we were told there was power at the end of the walkway to the dock. That power cable had been severed. In spite of these problems, the porch is fabulous, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets while swimming from the dock. The house is spacious and worked well for our family of five adults. We would rent again if we knew these problems had been fixed.

Thanks for your feedback. Fan is being replaced...very difficult to do while guests are there. Let us know if you did not get reimbursed for the coffee pot and thanks for getting this. Would have take a while for us to get one to you. Not sure what happened on the power as we have not had power on dock for years...took it off for safety reasons and there is no need for power on the dock. We will address the under bed items with cleaners. Also, they do not typically check drawers for things left behind unless a previous guest has alerted us to this. Again, thanks for your feedback. We work diligently to have the properties as good as we can. Please come back.

Honeymoon

We had amazing time spending our honeymoon in the cozy lake house and spending time on the screened in back porch. Perfect getaway! Would definitely recommend to others.
