Sulla strada per la spiaggia è possibile sedersi e gustare un caffè al mattino o un libro nel pomeriggio ascoltando le acque spazzolare sulla sabbia dal nostro punto panoramico. This place is excellent. I booked again next summer before we left. Hans was super responsive to our questions and requests. He brought jet skis right to our beach, and the floating dock is perfect.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house was immaculate and well equipped, the pool was refreshing, the views stunning, and the beach sublime! Our family reunion was full of memorable experiences and staying here made it magical! Thank you so much especially to Hans and Arshtel and the other folks who cleaned and prepared for our stay! You were amazing and this home is a absolute dream! We enthusiastically recommend it for any large group looking for a knock out spot to enjoy the USVI!

We had the pleasure of stay at The Beach House VI late June of 2026. The house was even better than pictured. We had plenty of room for our family of 22 with lots of activities available onsite. We especially loved the private beach access and all the kayaks, paddle boards, and the option to rent the float which was a big hit! Swimming with the turtle did not disappoint, there is amazing marine life to enjoy right at our beach area! The detail to the amenities was amazing down to makeup towels and lighted magnifying mirrors in the bathroom. The house was amazingly equipped. Samantha and Hans was amazing to work with and quick to respond to my thousands of questions prior yo arrival.

This property felt like a dream from the second we arrived. The property manager, Hans, was there to greet us and show us around. The property is spacious, perfect for our large group of 15. There was plenty of seating and beautiful views of Magen's Bay from almost anywhere. We especially loved waking up, sitting on the porch with coffee and counting all the sea turtles we could see. The direct access to the bay was so nice and convenient. Our kids loved having the paddle boards and kayaks! We all snorkeled for hours and could not believe all that we saw, sting rays, more sea turtles, and even octopus! When we had enough of the bay we could go back up to the house and hang at the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with all that we needed. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. It was such an amazing vacation and if we ever decide to vacation in St. Thomas again we will book this house again!

We can’t say enough about this amazing property. The furniture was well maintained and comfortable, the kitchens were well stocked, and the amenities were lovely. Every detail was taken care of down to the smallest things like tissues in the bedrooms and an array of cooking spices. Highly recommend!!

This property was amazing in every way. We saw turtles every day from the beach and the deck. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. There was not one thing we lacked. We had jet skis delivered one day and masseuses visited another for couples massages onsite. So many spaces to find alone time and plenty of spaces to get the entire group together. We will be back.

what a wonderful villa - the villa itself was spectacular, the views were amazing. The beach was such a special treat. Each bedroom was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everything was thought out. I can't say enough about this villa. It was perfect for our crew of 12 friends traveling together. A true gem. And the recommendations given for taxi, massage, dinner - all top notch. Hans was a great help arranging jet skis for us one day. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. Don't hesitate to book this one!

Phenomenal accommodations

The Beach House is a St. Thomas gem. The property was clean, well stocked, and well kept. The included facilities were modern and worked well especially with the big group we had. The location on Megan’s Bay is ideal. Hans the property manager was very responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

The house was perfect for my family of 15. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and spacious. We used the kayaks and paddle boards on a regular basis. Wonderful Property

My husband and I had our wedding right here at the property, and it was wonderful! The views from the villa were stunning, and the villa itself was beautiful and spacious enough to host. Hans was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole week. Communicating with the property manager through VRBO could be slow at times, but it was an amazing villa for our stay in St. Thomas.

Great time by all. House was awesome. We had plenty of room ( that accommodated 17 adults). Exceeded expectations. Did have some issues with ac units (did not stop us from having a great time). Views are Spectacular!! Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Unbelievable home for Friends and Family

Beach House VI was incredible!!! We had Two large families for a week and we didn't want for anything. The home is extremely outfitted with everything you would want or need. Hans (house manager) is on top of everything. Also - if you want Jet Skis - get them from Hans!!! Our family and our friend's family had an wonderful vacation that was well needed. Can't thank our hosts enough. Book this location - you will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing stay!

We stayed in Jan 2023 for a family vacation. There were 13 of us ranging in ages from 8 to 60. Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hans, the property manager, was knowledgeable and attentive. I was amazed by the tools available in the kitchen and we were able to make wonderful family meals. The game room was a bonus for the kids. We look forward to returning!!

STUNNING AMAZING PLACE!

We had an amazing stay at the Beach House. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is top notch! Hans was great to work with and was so very helpful. They have thought of every detail and we had a very hard time leaving! We were a family group of 16 of us and we had more than enough space. Every bedroom is amazing and all the little sitting areas are so cool! The pool is awesome and honestly we found we didn't want to even leave the property. The beach and view are to die for. We can't wait to go back!!

Fantastic Family Getaway

The Beach House is beautiful! It has a great view of the water and plenty of places to gather outdoors to see the beauty. The pool, beach access, and game room provided for plenty of entertainment. The house is also well supplied with kitchen supplies, pool equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, kayaks/paddle board, exercise equipment, and a great sound system. Hans, the house manager, greeted us and helped us with our first grocery order. We had a family of 20 ranging from 9 months to 85 years of age. We used all 8 bedrooms. We all had a great week and we wish we could have stayed another week!

The Beach House VI - Our Personal Paradise!

Our stay at the Beach House VI was spectacular!!! The pictures are beautiful but don't do the real life house justice as only experiencing it will give you the true understanding of just how special it is. We loved the layout with all of the rooms having large beds and en suite bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 15! The pool was great and the kayaks were fun for us to explore the bay! The sea turtles were swimming down below each morning and we would watch them while drinking our coffee. The house has all the amenities you could need for your stay! Hans the house manager was super attentive with any questions we had and he helped make the check-in process smooth and easy. We will definitely be back! We would recommend this property if you're looking for an amazing spot to share time with friends and family!

Our family’s stay at the Beach House was truly wonderful. The property is a lovely, beautiful, waterfront retreat that looked exactly like the photos on Vrbo. All of the rooms were spotless, the dining area was spacious enough for our large family, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every utensil we needed. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor areas where we could gather for meals and relaxation. The ice maker worked perfectly, and the water sports equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear) was right by the beach — very convenient, even though we brought our own. Having a private area for sunset watching was a real highlight.Property manager Hans was outstanding — professional, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. We especially recommend renting jet skis from him; he literally brings them right to the beach, making it so easy and fun.Booking manager Samantha was also prompt and very courteous throughout the process. Although we unfortunately lost the first two days of our trip due to Hurricane Erin, we were glad we continued with our stay. The Beach House is a very special place, and we made unforgettable memories celebrating together. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed vacation property.

The villa can be customized based on how many bedrooms your group will need. A minimum of 4 bedrooms is required. Our base rate for 4 bedrooms is $13,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit. Each additional bedroom after that, is an additional $2,750. There are 4 additional bedrooms that can be rented to make the villa an 8 bedroom villa for larger groups.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Weeks are considered Holiday weeks and automatically include all 8 bedrooms and the cost of the villa is $28,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit.

We do allow small intimate weddings at the Villa (30 guests or less). There is a non-refundable wedding fee of $2,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
- 75% of the total rental can be refunded upon 180 days advance written notice by the Tenant.
- 50% of total rental can be refunded upon 60 days advance written notice by the Tenant.
- No refund within 59 days prior to arrival.
