Situato su un fiume tranquillo per via mare, questo recentemente ristrutturato (2013) e decorate in modo unico 3 camere da letto, 2 bagno di casa è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un po 'di tempo sulla spiaggia meritato con la vostra famiglia, i vostri amici o da soli.

La nostra casa lontano da casa ha pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni e è completamente attrezzata; tutto quello che dovete aggiungere sono i tuoi vestiti, costume da bagno, infradito e cibi preferiti. Ci sono diversi negozi di alimentari, distributori di benzina, una farmacia, campo da golf, esca e affrontare negozio, negozio di surf e numerosi stabilimenti Mangiare e bere entro 2 miglia dalla casa. Prendete un breve tragitto in auto più a nord e / o ad ovest e le città di Indialantic, indiano Porto, Eau Gallie e Melbourne offrono la stessa su scala più ampia.

Un privato, accesso quartiere spiaggia è una piacevole due minuti a piedi dalla porta di casa. Per i tuffi di acqua dolce, la piscina privata riscaldata è a pochi passi dalla lanai coperto nella privacy recintato cortile. Una volta che il tempo spiaggia è fatto per il giorno, due zone giorno / camera familiare (ciascuna con una tv e lettore dvd), insieme con una sala da pranzo, la terrazza della piscina all'aperto, ampio cortile recintato e coperto offrono patio un sacco di spazio a disposizione, rilassarsi, leggere, giocare, prendere il sole, guardare la tv o un film e godere la vostra vacanza al mare.

Venite a condividere il nostro piccolo angolo di paradiso. Camminiamo attraverso la porta e accento cade via. Scommetto vi sentirete lo stesso!

Very nice location and home!

Myself, my husband, and 6 children stayed in this home. Before we even left our house Laura went out of her way to send us information about local activities, all the great spots, and even some routes perfect for my husband to ride his motorcycle. The home itself was very clean and inviting. Check in and check were a breeze. I would recommend staying here and would personally stay again myself.

Spring Break 2025

This was a fantastic rental. The owners were super helpful and responsive. They checked on us before and after arrival, letting us know if a couple shuttle launches. The house was just as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and we definitely enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend.

Relaxing week by the beach

This week was just great! The property manager is so accommodating. She had a great list of local restaurants and left us know about the space launch. The patio and pool were perfect for hanging out in the afternoon. We could easily walk to the beach. The big dining table was perfect for evening card games. The beds were very comfortable. We liked everything about this home!!

Relaxing getaway !

The yard had beautiful flowers and tropical trees in it and the house itself was everything you could ask for . The owner was very caring and easy to communicate with . I would definitely stay there again !

Wonderful place to stay!

This home was perfect for our family! Quick walk to the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need! House was super clean and comfy. Pool and location was amazing. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We will be back!

We at a wonderful time at the beach. The walk to the beach was short and easy to access. We love the chance encounter of the loggerhead sea turtles at night.

Amazing getaway

We enjoyed the beach access as well as a private pool. We got to meet some neighbors and the stay was a great time. The house was very nice and welcoming. I loved the towels and how they were split for easy management. Thanks!

Nice pool home close to the beach.

The house is very roomy and comfortable for 8. It has the feel of a friend's house not like a professional rental. Great location by the beach. Pool in a large backyard. Everything was perfect.

Great time!

We enjoyed a wonderful reunion here in FL. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was immensely enjoyed, since we didn't get much beach time due to very rough waves and riptides. Laura was easy to get in touch with and honestly, we never needed too. Great place!

Beach Getaway

We were very pleased with the property. Very clean, lots of amennities and a great pool. Being able to bring our dog was a big plus. Also, a short walk to the beach which was very private and quiet. The owner communicated with us before and after our stay and was accessible if needed. 5 stars all the way. We would definitely return.

Family Vacay

Our stay here was wonderful. We loved the pool and a very quiet beach with no one around. Our only small struggle was publix being the only thing within 20 minutes, but thats not a big deal really if you just plan on being at the beach the whole time. We had great communication with the owner and the property was perfect for our little family. Don't walk through the grass barefoot though because there are stickers all through it and we had multiple painful experiences with them. So keep your sandles on.

Sweet and simple, all the necessities for a great stay!

We have 2 school age kids, and picked this house for the location, the bunk beds, and the pool! We were not disappointed. The kitchen had just enough of what you might need, every need was anticipated, it seemed! The living room areas were just right. Great TV's, except we weren't inside much! The pool is the perfect size for small kids. Just what you need. All the towels, beach toys, chairs, floaties, all the fun requirements. The beach is a quick walk down Allan Lane, and you can also hear the ocean from the backyard of the house too! Early morning walk to the beach for the sunrise was my favorite thing, I bet you and your family will like it too. Laura and John made everything so easy, we can't wait to return!!!

Amazing family Thanksgiving vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Laura was incredibly thoughtful in her communication, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. My kids literally were in the pool or at the beach the entire week- it was glorious! The house was so well-stocked with pool toys, beach toys (including a wagon which was key), kitchen supplies (hosted thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed!). We will certainly be back!!

Perfect vacation house!

Great communication and easy process with homeowner. Very comfortable house for our family of four. Large private yard with beautiful, mature trees and shrubs. The pool and outdoor shower are a huge bonus. House is in a nice, friendly neighborhood and is just a very short walk to the private neighborhood beach. So much to do locally and within the greater space coast region. Thanks for having us!
