Questa casa è un luogo perfetto per la famiglia e gli amici in cerca di relax, fare i ricordi e godere di tutto ciò che Tahoe ha da offrire. La casa è perfetta per grandi raduni e può ospitare comodamente 8 - 12 persone.

Situato in un grande quartiere Tahoe City, questa casa ha una bella e rilassante ambiente con vista sulla foresta e una sbirciatina del lago scintillante. Vi è una grande piattaforma di sole situato su una zona verde. Ci sono 9 acri di terreno aperto dietro la perfetta casa per esplorare e prendere in natura. Questa casa non è il vostro tradizionale scuro Tahoe Cabin, ma è proprio l'opposto. Durante l'inverno e l'estate la casa è piena di sole ed è decorata con tessuti e mobili moderni.
House ha un nuovissimo ponte piedi di 1.000 piedi quadrati con nuova vasca idromassaggio.

La casa dispone di una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con stufa Viking 6 gamma, Kitchen Aid Mixer e bollitore per caffè Keruig, zona pranzo (posti 12) e un ampio soggiorno con finestre a parete, alto soffitto aperto e grande TV a schermo piatto. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale, bagno padronale privato e porta al ponte.

Il soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo e camera da letto si trovano al piano terra.
Ci sono due aree distinte al piano di sopra. Due camere da letto si trovano al piano di sopra del soggiorno, 1 camera con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con una regina e letti a castello.
Una stanza sopra il garage offre tonnellate di divertimento per i bambini e gli adulti. Uno spazio perfetto per nuotare intorno alla barca, guardare film, giocare, napping e dispone di quattro letti singoli pieghevoli.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Lake Tahoe, in Dollar Point, e vanta una posizione strategica in riva al fiume. Palisades Tahoe e Northstar California Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Amazing house, even better deck!

Perfect house for our group of 10. The house was immaculate, the deck was incredible with space for everyone to enjoy. Great location too. Mary was extremely communicative and helpful during our stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Great big house. Great location. Super well stocked kitchen. Great stay!

The house is really big and super nice. The kids loved the bedroom with 4 beds. Nice deck and great kitchen. It feels like your friends let you borrow their house rather than a rental. Great location. We had an amazing weekend.

Great snowy getaway in Tahoe

Sundries were well-stocked. House was clean and warm during the winter. What was most fun was the 4-bed bedroom in the converted attic-- was perfect for our young boys who had a blast sleeping in there with friends. The backyard was vast and quiet and was perfect for snow play. Finally, the owner was super responsive during our entire stay.

Well stocked house

The house is beautiful, very clean, and fully stocked - truly fully stocked with lots of plates, cups, silverware, spices, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. Mary was also nice enough to inform me when there were bears spotted in the neighborhood and I felt very safe. The location is great - it was the midpoint for all of our activities- hiking, boating, kayaking. The lack of A/C is non-issue as it cools down at night.

Fantastic Cabin

Beautiful cabin, with great location close to Tahoe City. Plenty of sleeping arrangements, with a cozy back patio.

Clean, spacious house with fully equipped kitchen

The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is fully functional and has you covered for any type of cooking you will do, just bring your own food. They even have some spices and oils. The furniture was a bit old, but all of it was cleaned well. The location is very nice, with enough parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.

Another epic family Christmas at Tahoe.

Our family of ten spent a fabulous week at this clean and comfortable Dollar Point house. We cooked every meal in the very well-stocked kitchen. Mary was great to communicate with. She let us check in early because there was a big snowstorm coming. So we were all snug inside when the record snowfall happened. We had our own winter wonderland and sledding hill out back of the house. The roads and driveway were cleared regularly and we had no trouble driving to skiing and ice skating and shopping after the snow stopped. Great experience and great memories!

Beautiful Lake Tahoe Home

This home is comfortable, fully equipped, clean and big enough for 10 people. We had 3 minutes drive to Tahoe City and 10 and 15 minutes to Alpine and Squaw Valleys. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this place again.

Friends and family get together

The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets and towels and a great outdoor area. The house is located right next to a hiking trail so it was nice to be able to get out and explore, thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Great, well-designed house for large group in a central location

We came here with a group of 13 avid skiers. This was the perfect house to come back too, hot tub, and games easily keep everyone busy. Also very cool location and spacious property to explore.

Very nice house!

I loved how stocked the kitchen is! It made it so much easier to cook there and have enough plates forks etc.! Some places don’t have as many plates or utensils. The beds, at least the one we stayed in was very comfortable and the snow view we had that morning was amazing! Great place to stay at with minor details.

Clean and spacious house in a scenic, quit neighborhood

I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for a quiet getaway. It is located in a tree filled neighborhood with beautiful scenery. If you like to cook the kitchen is well stocked with every cooking tool imaginable plus it has a large deck with both gas and charcoal grills. There are great spaces for spending time together in the living room, in the play room garage, comfortable seating outside on the deck, or in hot tub. Bedrooms are small and simple but clean and comfortable.

Perfect family reunion home

Love it! Mary is very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our family reunion! It was clean and well organized. And, everything we needed was right there! We loved the garage game room and the kids thoroughly enjoy pinball and corn hole! We would DEFINITELY return. Thank you again.

Bright airy mountain home

We were a group of 10 that had plenty of space in this house. The kids LOVED the upstairs bedroom with the fold out beds. Also, the game area in the garage was a hit. It snowed the first night we were there and the roads in the neighborhood are not plowed consistently. We discovered the main way to the cottage was impassable due to ice/snow, even with chains. Fortunately, you just have to go through the neighborhood a bit and we were able to get home again. The house is well equipped, mostly. There were a few things that we couldn't find (hand towels, tea kettle, salad spinner). Also, at night, the main living area had almost no lighting, so it was very dim. It was very convenient being close to Alpine and the lake. There is a very helpful and very extensive house manual which was great! No need to guess how things worked. Thanks for letting us use your lovely home!

Great family trip!

We decided to have Christmas in Tahoe. With 13 people in one cabin, we were a little worried about space. It was very comfortable and clean. The back deck and hot tub definitely helped give us more space to enjoy! Everyone had a terrific time and space was never an issue!

Too much fun!

Mary and Sebastian's home was great for our family of 10! There was a bed for everyone, and a grand family table for us to all eat together. The home is in a prime location, and very close to Squaw Valley. The Scala's have maintained their home very well, and stocked it up with a bunch of activities for the kids, such as a shuffleboard and ping pong table. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and feed a large family. Didn't have a chance to check out the hot tub, but it's easily accessible from the master bedroom. Mary is very responsive and thorough with her house rules that we didn't have any questions.

Lovely and luxurious

We had a fabulous, snow-filled, long weekend in this very comfortable, well-equipped and beautiful house. We came with two other little families (10 people altogether) and there really was plenty of room for all of us, with good privacy and separation between all of the rooms. The house is close to ski resorts and everything else so we were able to accommodate people wanting to ski, sled and ice skate. There was a lot of snow gear (sleds, snow shoes and more) and the kids had a lot of fun just playing close to the house. The kitchen was so roomy and well equipped that we were able to cook elaborate meals while enjoying a cocktail around the kitchen island. We'll definitely be back.

We, Sebastian and Mary bought the house in 2013 to provide our children, ages 8 and 2 with contrast as our full-time residence is in San Francisco. We work and live in the city and we find Tahoe a magical retreat. We chose to purchase this home so we can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the nature and beauty of Tahoe. It is our hope that you enjoy staying at our vacation home as much as we do.

In the summer of 2013, as a family we visited Tahoe and fell in love with all that it has to offer. Shortly after our last visit we decided that we wanted to spend more time in this beautiful place and decided to buy a home with the intentions of making it a vacation rental. After looking at over 20 homes, we kept coming back to this house due to the natural light, open floor plan, beautiful open greenbelt and the overall awesome location. We come from a large community of family and friends so we chose this house with that in mind. We look forward to having a big enough space to spend quality time with our friends and family and we hope you use rent the house for the same reason.
