Unbeatable value and location

Cozy and clean. Felt at home and knowing I could talk to Kevin when needed was comforting. Best location on Cape San Blas.

Great Fishing Trip!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was super clean and comfortable for our stay. Beach is very close with all beach accessories you could need. Lovely stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Wonderful beach condo

We had a fantastic vacation with our family here. Kevin was very responsive, and the condo was perfect for what we wanted. About a 5 minute walk from the beach, and right next to the pickleball courts which we used quite a bit. It's a wonderful place to spend a beach vacation.

Wonderful accommodations!

Wonderful location, clean property. Very easy and quick communication with owners. Lots of extra little touches and accommodations made our stay very comfortable and relaxing! LOVE the deep rub on the master!!

Quiet and relaxing

A perfect townhouse for the week. Easy paver sidewalks throughout the complex and to the beach. The entire property was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful!

The house was perfect! The beach was just a few minute walk from the front door. The community pool was right across the street and never to crowded. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Beautiful area

The townhouse was immaculate and beautiful. While not really good for the elderly or for medically impaired, it would be excellent for younger folks. I have never stayed in a condo or rental that was so well stocked with anything you would ever need! I would recommend this place to anyone! The pool was very nice and everyone was friendly.

Cape San Blas vacation

Awkward experience owner called and texted Me multiple times during our stay. Made the stay and experience awkward and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

The reason I contacted my renter is the day he showed up my security cameras went dead. My property manager saw 2 children with him in our townhouse. He rented for 4 adults only. Our profile on vrbo states adults only. Surprisingly enough our cameras went back on line the day he left. We will not rent to him again..

Home away from home

The property was spacious, well equipped, clean and well located. It was so helpful to have the storecupboard extras already supplied in the property. The owner was very responsive to any queries we had. The location was fabulous - a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the state park. Thank you for sharing your lovely property

Impromptu trip to the beach

We usually rent homes on the beach but booked this condo at the last minute when a beachside condo was not available. Very clean condo. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach. The water is beautiful...clear, turquoise. Beautiful sunsets!

Cape San Blas Paradise!

The townhouse was amazing. It was incredibly clean and well appointed. The owners anticipated every need that one might have while visiting Cape San Blas. The beach was a quick walk down the sidewalk and it was simply gorgeous. We also spent two days at T.H. Stone Memorial St Joseph Peninsula State Park, which is located right around the corner; it too had outstanding beaches. The highlight of the trip was seeing an endangered Red Wolf at the St. Vincent's Preserve. Outstanding food at Provisions in Port St. Joe. We are hoping to go back next year as it was truly a fabulous experience and the home outstanding.

Wonderful Stay in Cape San Blas!

The property is beautiful and just the right size for our family of four using both rooms and the pull out sofa. Kevin was very helpful and responsive and check in was easy. Loved how close the townhouse was to both pools and the beach, and the wonderful view of the ocean from the second pool. The beach is gorgeous — flat powdery white sand, lovely breeze, super warm water, and big waves. We drove to PCB a few times but our fave other things to do were cycling and kayaking in the state park and horseback riding on the beach. We had lovely meals in Port St Joe’s (30 min drive) and Apalachicola (45 min drive), and enjoyed the donuts and ice cream on the Cape!

Communication

Much prefer communicating within VRBO system. Email from owner lengthy and complicated. Never did understand why keys were necessary on checkin but never used again and not necessary when checking out.

I am sorry you were not happy with my email. We like our renters to be informed of the gate codes etc. so they can gain entrance to the townhouse. Vrbo does not provide this service. We also like the renters to have the deadbolt key available if they want it. Were glad you enjoyed your stay on the Cape. Hope you can return..Teresa & Kevin

Nice place

All was good excluding the shower liner. It was completely covered with mildew. I purchased a liner to go over so that I did not have to touch the one that was there. The condition of the shower liner was bad in both bathrooms. The two pools of the property were too small. Over crowded. Could not use. The beach was good.

I wish you would of called us about the liner in the shower when you first noticed it. We would of had our cleaning person replace them immediately. This is why I gave you my contact number. Sorry about the pools being crowded, I can't fix that. I am glad you enjoyed the beach. Kevin

Wonderful needed vacation

The property was very clean an organized when we arrived. A great location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a pool across the street. The beach is beautiful with no crowds and plenty of room to relax. This was a much needed break for us and a chance to unwind.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time during our stay in Cape San Blas. The condo was clean, comfortable, and set in a very nice community with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the pond directly behind the condo, and were happy with the short walk to the beach and two pools.
