We just had the best time at the Bear Affair.It is clean, cozy and peaceful. It’s a perfect distance outside of Helen right near Anna Ruby Falls. We had a wonderful wonderful time. We will definitely be back.

Very nice cabin. Tracy was very kind and communicative whenever we needed something. The cabin was clean, cozy, and the property was beautiful. Close enough to downtown Helen and next to beautiful Unicoi park.

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Bear Affair was exactly as described. It has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Our host, Tracy has thought of everything and she was thoughtful about our needs. She contacted us because she saw the weather forecast and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for power outage. She was a pleasure to talk to. If you are looking for a great little cottage in the woods. I highly recommend The Bear Affair. Thank you Tracy for a wonderful time.

This cabin is a little piece of heaven. Beautifully appointed in every way and located within minutes of so much to do and see. The host was extremely attentive to all our needs and questions. We spent 5 days and were sad to leave. It is rare to have this level of privacy and seclusion and yet be so close to everything you want to do. The Bear Affair does not disappoint!

We loved staying at The Bear Affair! The property was stocked with everything. It was secluded but close to Helen, hiking and groceries. We didn’t venture out much. We enjoyed it so much we didn’t want to leave. The hot tub was very nice. We just enjoyed our time together disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of life. We saw a bear and lightning bugs on our last night there. I found the check in process very easy and it was extremely clean. I highly recommend this cabin!!

I can't say enought great things about this amazing cabin! The host has everything covered and has thought about everything! Host communication and recommendations are both fantastic! We would love to come back and enjoy your cabin again someday in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Everything was on point! And perfect! 10 out of 10...I didn't want to checkout! I'm now spoiled and have high expectations of any other cabin we will rent in the area if this one isn't available! Thanks again!!!

The cabin was cute and cozy. Fantastic location and so easy to get to Helen and Unicoi. We were very comfortable there, and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub.
