Residenza cittadina completamente rinnovata e arredata in modo professionale con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e mezzo con un'atmosfera informale da cottage sulla spiaggia. A pochi passi da Coligny Plaza con oltre 60 negozi e ristoranti. Solo una breve passeggiata (1 ½ isolati) dalla spiaggia spaziosa e aperta e il nuovo Coligny Beach Park (da non perdere) con una bellissima passerella in legno duro, docce, spogliatoi, gazebo e fontana in stile geyser.

Due camere matrimoniali con letti king size e TV HD da 46 "con lettore Blu-Ray. Camera spaziosa con letti a castello doppi per ospitare comodamente quattro persone. Ulteriore camera / studio con letto matrimoniale.

Tana aperta, sala da pranzo e cucina. Den offre un grande spazio di raccolta con uscita sul patio e pochi passi dalla piscina. HDTV da 50 "(con lettore Blu-Ray) posizionato visibilmente sul finto camino.

La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente otto persone attorno al grande tavolo familiare. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto ciò che è nuovo, tra cui la gamma di aiuti per la cucina in acciaio inossidabile con piano liscio con cassetto riscaldante, ripiani in granito, scaffalature aperte in campagna francese, ecc.

Patio privato con tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con ombrellone. Lavanderia con nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size affiancate. Grande residenza cittadina di circa 3 piani (circa 1.500 sf) con balcone o terrazza su tutti i livelli con vista sulla piscina.

Non c'è bisogno di salire in macchina una volta arrivato! Cammina e pedala ovunque da questa fantastica posizione! Noleggio bici accanto a Coligny Plaza. Piste ciclabili / pedonali per tutta la famiglia con facile accesso all'isola e alla spiaggia. Campi da golf entro un miglio o due - Shipyard e Sea Pines Golf. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno a portata di mano: negozio di alimentari, ristoranti, spiaggia, teatro, padiglione all'aperto, parco, shopping, ecc.

Annual Ladies Getaway

This is a fabulous property in heart of everything but still a quiet location. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Within walking distance of everything in the area. Will definitely return.

Great Stay Before Season Starts

Pictures are accurate and location is great for Coligny Area. Everything is walkable and most of the rest of the island is a bike ride away.

Great location!

We loved this place! The set up with the two different floors for the bedrooms and bathrooms was great! Things that would make this a five star listing would be: having beach chairs on property to use and more outlets or charging stations. Loved seeing the local alligator at the nearby pond and being able to walk to restaurants and shops!

Girls trip!

Traveled with girlfriends for a getaway. The house had plenty of room for a much larger group. The pool was steps away and the beach & shops were very close. We’d stay again!

This villa is located an easy, short walking distance to the beach, plaza, and outstanding playground. The Host quickly responded to a question we had. We had a great time staying here.

Great getaway !

We loved the condo for our family and friends. 2 spacious master bedrooms, wonderful kids bunk bed room and an extra special nook for relaxing. The owners were quick to respond and all was there that we needed for our stay.

Great set up in a great location

This condo was perfect for us and our friends. The 2 master bedrooms plus the kids room with dual bunk beds, along with the top floor loft gave everyone the space we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Location is perfect to walk to so many places in Coligny and we were able to walk to the beach as well.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! We were impressed right away with the location of the unit! It is so close to Coligny Plaza and the beach! We walked everywhere! We also loved how homey the place felt and the pool area in the back was beautiful! I spent every morning drinking my coffee at the table on the back patio admiring nature! The complex was very quiet and it was so nice to just have the patio and front screen door open! The breeze flew through the place!The owner, John, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! Thank you!We would definitely stay again and probably bring more family with us next time! This time around it was just my husband and out two little ones (11 months and 2) but the unit can sleep and fit way more comfortably!

Great location

The townhouse is clean and in a nice quiet complex with a pool. Being close to all the Coligny restaurants, shops and piggy wiggly was perfect. The beach is nice and a pretty easy 3-4 block walk or bike ride. Bike shop is a 4 minute walk away. Just rent some bikes and leave the car parked for the week.

A Must-stay!

What a great place to spend our spring break!! There was plenty of room for 9 of us, mostly adults, to spend time in the clean, beautiful indoors. But we didn't want to do much of that! The pool was well-maintained and never busy, even for spring break time. The beach was a quick walk away, and the Piggly Wiggly got lots of our business because it was so close and convenient, as were the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental!

Excellent host and great location

3 level townhome with two full and one half bath. Property looks exactly like the photos, very nicely decorated. Home has lots of cooking utensils and everything you need. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Nice grill on the back patio and the condo pool is perfect. 10 minute walk to the most popular beach on the island. Bring a wagon and it’s easy to get all your stuff for the day back and forth. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect

My wife and I brought our combined family of seven for a week-long stay in June 2023. We had stayed at Coligny Villas in 2022, so we were already sold on the location. The unit was perfect for us—neat as pin, upscale modern decor, a well-stocked kitchen, and reasonably priced (which is an absolute necessity when planning a vacation for a large family). The owner was exceptionally responsive and all-around good host. Highly recommended, would/will book it again.

Great location

Great condo! Well appointed and location was perfect. If you have little ones, would recommend a baby gate as the stairs are a little steep. The only thing I would say negative (which wasn’t a big deal) the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t shut well and there’s no lock. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. John was quick to communicate and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Stay

Our family enjoyed the 4 day stay at this Villa. Pool, beach, shopping and dining were close enough for easy walking. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, eating area and den were adequate for the 9 in our group. Beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen well equipped with flatware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and cookware. We ran into one cleaning issue and the owners immediately addressed this with their cleaning crew. Suggestions: 2 coffee pots, at least 9 coffee mugs, barn door on half bath (needs proper closing for privacy)

Outstanding!

I’ve been coming to HHI for 15 years. We always stay in Forest Beach area. We have had 2 bedroom condos to 10 bedroom houses. This accommodated my sister and I and our families and there was enough space we weren’t crammed. The pool area is fenced in so to speak so you have to go through the condos to get there thus no one can get in from the outside. It’s very safe. Dishes are plentiful, couch was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach and coligny. Perfect.

My wife and I are originally from Kingsport, TN and Winston-Salem, NC, respectively. I attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville while my wife attended Appalachian State University. We live in Charlotte, NC but love the beach! We bought this place in 2011 and completely remodeled and renovated it for not only our family, but for your family, to enjoy. We have made many great family memories in this cottage/villa. We have also enjoyed bringing both friends and family to Coligny Cottage. There are so many wonderful family things to do on this island and many of them are within walking distance of our front door.

When we bought this property, we did not realize at that time what a great and perfect location this is. We often come here and park our car and never get in it again until we are ready to go home.
