Stone Harbor è un luogo ideale per le vacanze in famiglia sulla splendida costa del Jersey. Situato a breve distanza da Atlantic City, dalla storica Cape May e dal selvaggio Wildwood. Si trova a due isolati dalla spiaggia, a mezzo isolato dalla baia e sette isolati dalla strada principale, che è la 96th Street. Tutto a pochi passi.

La casa si trova sulla 103esima strada tra 2nd e 3rd Avenue e dispone di aria centrale e ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera da letto. C'è un ponte al largo del soggiorno al secondo piano, un ponte privato al largo della camera matrimoniale al secondo piano sul retro, e un ponte inferiore al secondo piano camera da letto al secondo piano. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di asciugacapelli a parete.
La camera da letto 4 (Master) e la camera da letto 3 dispongono di nuovi materassi queen e tutti i letti hanno nuovi cuscini ipoallergenici Envirosleep.

La camera da letto principale (camera da letto 4) ha un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 3 ha una regina. NOVITÀ nel 2018: la camera 2 presenta due set di nuovi letti a castello (4 materassi gemelli) e la camera 1 presenta un nuovo letto a castello a due piazze.

Il servizio di pulizia settimanale è incluso nel prezzo di affitto per l'intera settimana (7 notti). Gli affittuari forniscono la propria biancheria da letto (lenzuola, lenzuola, asciugamani) e articoli monouso. Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size fornite.

Le spiagge vengono preparate ogni mattina e designate per il rafting, il surf o il nuoto e tutte le spiagge sono sorvegliate.

La città offre minigolf, noleggio biciclette, un cinema, sala giochi e decine di negozi tipici sulla spiaggia e gelaterie. Le passerelle di Wildwood sono a soli dieci minuti a sud, e Atlantic City è a 45 minuti a nord.
Lo zoo della Contea di Cape May, gratuito, è uno zoo pluripremiato e si trova a pochi chilometri di distanza. Il Wetlands Institute è un vero tesoro e offre percorsi pedonali unici e dimostrazioni pratiche con tartarughe locali e altri animali selvatici. Great Rental

One of the best locations in Stone Harbor for a young family. Walking distance to the beach, play ground, a small grocery store, and the best Italian and Cheese Steak hoagies on the island. The house if very clean and comfortable.

Girls’ Beach Getaway

The upper story/ living space was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. It was within an easy walking distance to the beach and to town. Tom was a responsive host and when he was contacted about a few minor issues, he noted that they would be addressed promptly.

Nice week at the shore.

Nice beach rental overall We had a great week. Upon checkin, when we couldn’t find the keys, the owner was immediately responsive by text and all was seamless thereafter. We would certainly stay again, but to be fully transparent, Like any beach rental with heavy volume it shows signs of wear and tear. (Scuff walls, torn and some broken outdoor chairs, etc). Minor but noticed. The upper floor was clearly renovated a few years back so that was quite nice, with a lovely master, kitchen and common room there. But the ground floor could use a similar makeover to those bedrooms and bathroom which are now a bit dated. Nice location, and overall stone harbor is a nice family beach town.

Location, location, location.. Beautiful property. Loved the outdoor shower.Very close to all businesses in Stone Harbor. Two short blocks to the beach. The property had plenty of bedding choices, good for families. Host was gracious to work with us on dates.

Overall great stay

The place was simple but clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the decks! The only issue was that a realtor walked into the place while we were staying there and said they had a tour scheduled that day. This was especially concerning because of the current pandemic. We messaged the owner and he had no knowledge of this showing, however it was still a concerning event.

Great house, hot week -- central air was a lifesaver!

We had a great stay at the house, some really good memories were created here. Wonderful location, very close to the main drag. Plenty of sleeping room, and the living room was larger than it looked in the photos. Only drawback is the kitchen, which is cozy but manageable. This house will be even more wonderful once the roof deck is complete!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Stone Harbor. This property was ideally located: an easy walk into town and a short walk to the beach. The place was well kept, clean and exactly how it looked in the pics. We were pleasantly surprised by the high tech AC and the water pressure (both excellent!). We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and very nice. Would definitely stay again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Stone Harbor!

We discovered the town because we came in for a wedding at the beautiful Reeds. We immediately booked a house for our summer vaca and will be returning next year. Lovely house, very personable owners, great location. Thanks for the great memories.

What a find! Great town!

Came into Stone Harbor for a wedding. Never heard of the place before, now I'm booking my summer vaca there. This house was perfect for our family. It's very clean, close to everything, was stocked with everything we could want. We're excited to start our new family tradition at the Jersey shore!

Start of a new family tradition!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. We found the property to be very clean and updated throughout. It had a very comfortable feel. We we able to walk our family (with young children) to the beach every day and Main Street every evening for ice cream and other beach treats. We have already booked for next season and hope to return many more. Thank you!

WOW!! What a fabulous pla...

WOW!! What a fabulous place you have. It was so clean and roomy, I can't wait to come back. Stone Harbor is everything you said it was.... my kids had a terrific time. It was safe, quaint and sunny. The bedrooms are all a nice size, and the location is ideal! Thanks for a great vacation. We'll be back ! Love the outdoor shower.

We are NOT from the Philly area, but rather from a far-away place called Cleveland. Philly people think we're out of our minds for driving 8 hours to SH. Perhaps we are, but everything is relative. Everyone from Cleveland endures double-digit hours of travel time driving to Outer Banks or Florida because New Jersey beaches don't even register in their minds. HAH! Joke's on them.
We hope you and your family enjoy the rare beauty of this lovely little beach town as much as we do.

My family started renting houses in Stone Harbor in 1975 and some members continue to this day. My wife and were able to buy this townhouse in 2005 and we enjoy it several times throughout the year with our family.

We've been fortunate enough to enjoy dozens of beach vacations up and down the eastern and western coast of the the U.S. as well as Costa Rica, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Australia, Virgin Islands and Bahama's. It's only through our travels that we can place Stone Harbor in the proper context. Through a combination of strict zoning and pro-active planning, the Borough of Stone Harbor has created a low-density, family-oriented beach town that is conducive to walking and biking with all aspects of the town within easy reach. We appreciate the lack of mid-rise and high-rise buildings, the concentrated business district of 96th Street, and the emphasis on uncluttered beach access. Stone Harbor has a unique charm and character that is all it's own, and from everything we've seen, it is second to none. We hope you can come and enjoy for yourself.
