Bellissimo condominio 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno in ottime condizioni situato in Ocean Park Meadows. Sette miglia di Sandy Beach situato a soli 100 metri di distanza. I servizi includono piscina all'aperto, club house, palestra e due campi da tennis. Unità climatizzata. Lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova nell'unità. La camera da letto principale ha 1 letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli e un rotelle. L'unità è completamente arredata e attrezzata con pentole, padelle, piatti, bicchieri, utensili, macchina per il caffè, frullatore e tostapane. Tutta la biancheria e gli asciugamani inclusi. Si trova a 5 minuti dal centro della città, dove ci sono ristoranti, negozi, biblioteche, treni Amtrak, minigolf e bar. È un ambiente molto adatto alle famiglie e nel centro della città c'è un parco divertimenti. Ci sono anche fuochi d'artificio settimanali e di notte c'è spesso intrattenimento nel centro della città. La spiaggia è molto bella e si può noleggiare biciclette e andare in giro può anche essere roller. Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola, così come tutti gli asciugamani, il sapone e la carta igienica. Il kithchen è completamente attrezzato con pentole, stoviglie, utensili, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono anche nell'unità. C'è una sala pesi e campi da tennis. I giardini sono molto ben tenuti e ci sono molti alberi e fiori da vedere. Ci sono 2 stagni. C'è anche una fontana nel mezzo di entrambi gli stagni. Il cestino della spazzatura si trova nella parte posteriore del complesso. Ci sono gelaterie e paninoteche e negozi di articoli da regalo dell'ufficio postale tutti a pochi passi.

Len's place was perfect for our beach vacation. It had everything we needed & more. The place was was close to the beach, the pool was gorgeous, and the home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Ocean Park is such a gem and we were so fortunate to have found such a perfect place with such wonderful hosts to end our summer!

The condo was nicely furnished with everything you could need in the kitchen. Beautiful bathroom, plenty of towels. Loved the room darkening shades for restful sleep. Just a few steps to the beach, excellent location to local activities. He left a generous gift basket with gift cards to local businesses, a very nice touch! Excellent communication for checking in and out. We hope to stay again!

We enjoyed are stay very much. The condo was beautiful and there were great amenities at the complex. It had beautiful grounds, pool and pickleball courts and was a very short walk to the beach. Checking in was easy and our host was there to meet us and go over some of the perks at the complex as well as offered some tips on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Family vacation

We could not love this place any more! It was clean, beautifully decorated and anything you could possibly need was there. Len was a great host and easy to communicate with. We can not wait to have our next family summer vacation there in 2025!

This property was fantastic! We thought it looked nice online but in person it was even better. The hosts had nice welcome gifts, were so helpful and responsive, and easy to work with. The place was immaculate with very updated modern touches like remotes for the fans and the blinds. Would definitely plan to stay here again when we are back up. So close to the beach for walking with kids and a pretty quick walk to restaurants and the pier could be walkable too, easily for adults. The pool at the place is nice too. The beach buggy and chairs were awesome too. Great experience with the place and hosts!

Best place to stay ever!

The unit was completely remodeled, impeccably clean, the host had anything one could want on vacation to use, the patio was wonderful to sit out on in the mornings, it was quiet and peaceful, the pool was great, just a quick walk to the beach!! The most comfortable bed we have ever had on vacation! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to our friends and family. Host was friendly and welcoming. We just can't say enough good things about the experience.

Lovely accommodations!

We were very happy with our unit but, unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy Ocean Park Meadows as we came down sick with COVID and had to shorten our vacation. Our Host was gracious, helpful, and totally understanding. Thank you, Len!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and everything that you needed and may have forgotten was there. Short walk across the street to the beach and far enough away from the busyness of the pier area, so you had ample beach space for yourself. Easy walk to the arcade and amusement rides. Would rent this place again and any of Len's properties for that matter. Thank you!

AMAZING STAY!

The listing doesn’t even do it justice! We had a lovely stay at this OPM condo. It has all that we needed to make it our “home” for the week, and then some! The community is safe and very welcoming. A quick walk to the beach. It’s on the quieter end of OOB which we appreciated, having two young kids, but still close enough to enjoy the festivities of all that the pier offers via a short drive. Len takes pride in his condo and it shows. He was was fantastic to work with and we hope to come back again next year!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Len's place was great. Clean, modern and fully stocked with everything you need, from kitchen essentials to everything you need to take to the beach. Very quiet complex bit just steps away from the beach and a short 5 minute ride to the pier. Communication was great as well, he was on top of things from the start. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property is perfect for a quiet beach vacation. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The condo is clean, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is fully stocked. The back patio area is perfect for meals and hanging out. The beach is only minutes away and the beach was clean and perfect for kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay in Ocean Park Meadows

This condo was in a perfect location for us and made it easy to relax. A short two block walk to the beach and just steps to the pool. The walk to downtown OOB was an easy 10 minute stroll even with two small children. The condo was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive.
