Questo cottage con 2 camere da letto si trova in una comunità boscosa a Madison, in NH, a pochi minuti a piedi da Davis Pond con un molo da pesca e una spiaggia sabbiosa per soli membri.
Il cottage, ha un letto completo in camera da letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto al piano superiore con un salotto adiacente. Biancheria fornita. Il soggiorno al primo piano ha un divano a due posti con due letti singoli estraibili e due poltrone reclinabili. C'è una TV con un lettore DVD incorporato per la visione di DVD solo perché non c'è NESSUN cavo o satellite in questo momento. Abbiamo una libreria di DVD limitata. Cucina completa con fornello a gas, posti a sedere da pranzo per 5, bagno completo, grill a gas esterno, pozzo del fuoco di legna (per favore non in legno di fuoco fuori dallo stato) e tavolo da picnic per godersi il giardino chiazzato sole.
Questo è un cottage a conduzione familiare che i membri della famiglia hanno goduto per generazioni e continuano a trascorrere del tempo a.

Sentieri estivi da percorrere, l'inverno porta motoslitte, sci XC e racchette da neve, dalla porta, facile accesso all'NH Corridoio n. 19 dal cortile.
Situato all'estremità sud delle attività del Monte Washington Valley; Silver Lake 5 miglia, aree sciistiche vicine (King Pine 8mi, Cranmore 13mi, Attitash / Bear Peak 18mi), North Conway Village e outlet area shopping 10 miglia. Trekking / MTB piste ciclabili, ottimi ristoranti. L'autunno porta foglie che fanno capolino, più escursioni, immagina il tuo weekend o settimana qui nello splendore delle montagne.

It was great! Laura was very friendly and the property was very clean. It had everything I needed. The only thing I would say wasn't perfect was that the main bed is listed as a queen and it's a double.

Lovely little cottage

The property was everything we expected and were hoping for. It's nestled nicely in and amongst the forest. The interior was clean and all of the linens were fresh as stated in the description. Perfect place for a couple or small family.

Our family adventure

A very nice spot and very convenient to quiet beach swimming, Conway shopping and for a nice visit to Story Land. Our hosts for the weekend could not have been nicer. We ill most certainly be back :)

Cozy cottage in a good location

We had a nice stay. There is no AC, WiFi or cable. TV has a DVD player only so plan accordingly in case of lousy weather. Overall a good experience

Perfect getaway

A hidden gem within a 30min drive from everything. This cottage style home gave us the the perfect opportunity to get away from the everyday craziness. The pond was in walkable distance, so lugging a cooler and a chair was no issue! The home itself was clean and inviting. Especially with having a small kitchen and charming living space. Laura and Curtis were more than welcoming and super reliable. We are more than happy with our staying and can’t wait to be back next year!

It was very clean and very cozy!

This was a wonderful property!!!! Laura and her husband were so nice and welcoming. I would definitely rent this cottage again. The beach was so refreshing, especially since we stayed during New Hampshire's recording breaking temperatures!! The cottage does not have cable or wifi, but that was not a concern to me because our plans did not include staying at the cottage watching tv or playing on the computer. I suppose I did miss having air conditioning, but I knew it did not have that when I booked it. It did bother me at the time because severe heat waves such as NH had when we were there are uncommon and so I was not worried about heat at the time of booking. Would that stop me from booking it again? No. We swam and kept busy so we were okay. And it did cool down at night which allowed for the fans to cool the cottage off so we could sleep. I give the cottage five stars because the owners are very attentive and the property is kept up. It has a fire ring which we did use despite the heat. I am thinking about renting this again in a couple of years in the fall to do some leaf peeping! Thanks Laura!

Great little cottage that we would rent again. A ”Little Gem!” .

We needed to find a rental close to family and this, “Little Gem” fit the bill. Only two of us stayed but there was room for 5 people. Everything was as stated and Laura was excellent at responding and texting. She met us at the property though we arrived late. Beds were comfy and though we didn’t end up cooking there, there were plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Great experience.

Good location. Nice layout. Camp feel with all the amenities.

Great hosts. Love having the lake within walking distance. Nice, clean cabin. Fire pit with wood an extra bonus! Beds were made and towels provided. Like a hotel, but better! Can't wait to use it again.

Awesome experience

If the house had AC , for the summer it would have been awesome as some of us were waking up due to the heat and fans helped to some extend. Other than that we loved the stay and my son enjoyed. Had a wonderful experience in the lake property they had. We were provided beach towels for the same.
