Great property. You cannot beat the views. The bed was sooo comfy. See the ocean from your bed and your shower! The location is great. Just 8-10 mins from St Augustine. Bring your own beach towels. There were a few but not enough for all of us. Jean was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

House was clean and well stocked. View was gorgeous and beach was wide and clean. Only thing I would have added was a basket of beach towels.

Kitchen is newly remodeled and has all the necessary tools. The ocean view and access are perfect. The host was very easy to reach and answered any questions promptly. The home is under some renovation so we were a bit disappointed from that aspect as we were not aware.

Second time here and still amazing. Lots of updates done which were nice. The view is second to none. Beds are comfy. Kitchen fully stocked ready to go. Close enough to town to Uber in if you prefer but far enough for privacy. Great base camp for day trips. Recommend to my own family and friends.

The cute octagon house is right on the beach with spectacular views! Loved the sunset. The ocean seemed very close to the house, but loved the sound of the waves snd the beach was great to walk on.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again! The host was extremely easy to work with and even helped us with an additional request. This location is everything. The beach feels private and secluded in the best way and it only took us about 12 minutes to get to downtown St Augustine for a fun evening out. We traveled with our 12 yr old daughter and dogs and this place was great for everyone. You also can’t beat the spacious deck and breathtaking sunrises!

The very best thing was if course the DIRECT beach access and that’s what you are paying for! The house was very comfortable all in all and the kitchen was equipped adequately. I brought my own espresso machine, which helped. Other than daily breakfast in, we only cooked (fresh shrimp and smoked fish dip) one night.If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are necessary to block out the road noise once you go to bed. The house is less than 50 feet from the busy Florida A1A and the turn out of the short driveway is quite exciting, since line of sight to the left is very limited. Other than that I highly recommend this listing.
