Dal momento in cui esci dal tuo veicolo ed entri direttamente senza passi verso la porta d'ingresso senza chiave sai di aver raggiunto la tua destinazione finale per rilassarti e lasciare che il viaggio in auto o in aereo si dissolva. Accogliente e rilassante quando tiri la vista attraverso i verticali sulla spiaggia, sai di essere alla tua vera vacanza. Ci sono molti piccoli elettrodomestici da usare se ti piace cucinare. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice completa. Dal momento che rimani nella nostra casa hai accesso a tutti i giochi d'acqua e teli mare. TV a schermo piatto in LR ed entrambe le camere. Il maestro ha un re e un bagno privato completo. L'altra camera ha una regina e due letti singoli e un bagno completo. Ci sono sedie di sabbia e sedie pieghevoli regolari conservate quando entri nella porta d'ingresso. l'armadio sotto i gradini ha tutti i giochi all'aperto, galleggianti, boogie board e noodles per il tuo uso.

What is better than staring out onto the water from your living room and then stepping out your door onto the sand? We required a space that had direct water access along with ease of accessibility inside the home for our family with limited mobility. This place was perfect for our needs. We also only had two nights to spend in PCB and Mary was able to accommodate us. We could not be more pleased. The rental offered everything we could have needed.

Fantastic stay! Amazing ocean view and direct access to the beach. No stairs, elevators, or hassle getting to the sand. You can tell this home is truly cared for. The owner had excellent communication, the decor was beautiful, and there were so many extra touches that made it feel like home. We really appreciated how well stocked everything was with quality items. It had everything we could need, including beach chairs, floats, and beach towels. The location was also nice and quiet. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again! 10/10

I have stayed at this property for 10 years. This unit is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It is perfect if you are flying in. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, beach towels are all provided. Laundry detergent, trashbags, paper towels, hand soap, ziploc bags, coffee pods....This host has everything you need for a weeklong stay. Grab some groceries and hit the beach. It has been fully renovated, parking is great with a designated spot right in front of the unit, guest parking is available onsite also. I was very impressed and will be back to this unit!

We had an amazing family beach week! Mary was kind and responsive and an excellent hostess. Amenities and location made for a 5 star vacation! Kitchen fully stocked with every utensil, pot, appliance. Beach chairs, toys and even towels available! The most comfortable bedding and plenty of cozy blankets. We enjoyed the most relaxing and wonderful family time. Cooking meals, spending all day at the beach, convenience of grocery and shopping, and the absolute most beautiful location! Thank you for having us!

So glad you had a great vacation. The holiday weeks can be very busy at the beach but we have families from the townhomes only so it’s a lot less crowded. I’m so happy you used the kitchen. I love to cook and have been told I supply too many things. Look forward to your return to our hidden spot of tranquility.

AMAZING BEACHFRONT CONDO!! The condo was advertised and beyond amazing. The host had so many thoughtful touches to the condo that far exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was also top notch! We will definitely be back in the future!

Great Beach House

We spent a week at this beach house and we really enjoyed our time. Communication with the owner was great and the check in process was easy. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan on staying here again.

This place feels like the best-kept secret in Panama City Beach—the kind you almost don’t want to share because it’s just that good. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond in ways that are hard to even put into words. Every detail was thoughtful, everything was spotless, and the hospitality was next level. It felt less like a rental and more like being taken care of by someone who truly wants your experience to be perfect.We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but this one set the bar in a way that’s going to be hard to beat. Honestly, it’s the kind of place that makes you wonder why you’d ever stay anywhere else. Well done.

Wonderful Property!!!

Love everything about this property! So modern and clean! You can tell the owner added so many extra little touches that were so nice! You step out of the room to a patio that literally is right on the beach! We definitely will be staying here again!

Amazing!! Walk straight out to beach!!

Mary was amazing. The place is beautiful. I’ve been looking for a condo that you won’t need an elevator or a bunch of steps and I found it. We will be back!!

We bought the condo after the last big hurricane, redecorated it and have loved having a place you can open the door and walk right out on the beach.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The day we saw inside the townhouse it had several inches of sand pushed in by the swollen waters with the glass broken and furniture destroyed. There was one nice plastic rocker that survived the force of the hurricane. We shoved the sand for the gentelman that owned the property because he was unable to come. Once things were under control he mentioned he was going to sell and we were delighted to buy and make it our own. While doing what we thought was a good deed treating the place as if it was ours it turned out to be ours.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

we have just updated downstairs along with bedding and lamps for upstairs. We look forward to having guests stay in our home away from home making it the same for them.
