Great property and close to many shore points. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would recommend staying here. Lisa our host was very nice and responded quickly to our texts.

Honestly if you look at all the information provided by the host or ask her any questions you will do just fine. She was nothing but helpful at every turn. The house is wonderful and it’s close to many beaches and boardwalks for activities. Also the zoo is a great place to visit.

Wonderful vacation spot

Perfect property for two families. The pool and outdoor spa were great, and there was ample beach equipment, towels, etc which made it super convenient. Lisa is wonderful to work with. It was a great vacation all around and highly recommend this property!

This property was in an ideal location for day trips to all the great locations! Minutes from Avalon beach. Pool was incredible. Property manager was so informative. Would stay here again!

We LOVED our stay here. Of course, you know about the pool. It is as amazing and wonderful as it looks and described by others. We also loved:* Access to beaches, restaurants, and the grocery store.* Everything was as described.* The cleanliness of the entire home.* The cornhole. Who knew we would play it every day?* The AC, water pressure, and the kitchen.* Easy and plenty of parking.* Did I mention the pool?* The entire outside living area. On those hot sunny days, we really appreciated all of the umbrellas.Last but not least, Lisa is a phenomenal host. Thanks for having us!

This is our 2nd time staying in this lovely home

It’s hard even leaving this house, because my kids love the pool so much! When we do leave it’s close to everything. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Avalon. We enjoy the arcade there and our favorite ice cream shop moved right next to the arcade which is perfect! We are already booking for next year!

As advertised-Exceeded Expectations

The host left no detail out. Pictures matched property perfectly. The pool and spa/hot tub were great. Excellent location. With the minor issues we had the host was quick to address them and was available and friendly with all interactions. 2 families very happy with accomodations and of course the pool. Highly recommend.

Can I give 10 stars

House was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Pool and spa were fabulous. Only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the busy road and lack of privacy of backyard.

Hi Amy! Thanks so much for the 5 stars and for selecting my home for your vacation! The road can get busy, especially around Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. We do have a neighborhood behind us but our yards are expansive and aren't right on top of each other and fortunately there is no one to our left and the house to our right does not use their backyard. The landscaping also helps. Hopefully the pictures of the backyard help give future guests a good perspective. :)

Wonderful experience

We had a wondeful.stay at this house. It was beautiful, clean, and impressively decorated. Everything specified on the listing was there. It was convenient to all beach towns. Plus, the spa and the pool were amazing to have right in the backyard. We will 100% be back next summer.

Great location! Its a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to travel to everything! It's across from the grocery store but still has a private residential feel. Close to a beautiful beach in Avalon and only 15 mins to Wildwood! Beautiful home, wonderful heated pool and hot tub!! Beach supplies provided.Only recommendation would be to add a few more privacy trees in the backyard, but overall it was pretty private and we didn't see or hear the neighbors while we were there.

Loved the house, lication and cleanliness of all. Everything you could need was supplied. Only issue was lack of handrails, especially near and into pool proved problematic for cane-using guest.

The house was perfect Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished. Pool and backyard were were amazing. Heated spa was great and large enough for grandson to swim in. Lisa was very receptive and prompt in our questions. It was a perfcet location between Cape May and Avalon/Stone Harbor. We have high expectations and this property was more than we had hoped. Would definitely recommend it for a family. Be sure to read over everything that is included with your stay as they provided alot!

Believe the reviews - Super Place!

This property was absolutely terrific! I believed all the previous reviews & booked it. What really sold me was the photo of the pool and hot tub. We were three couples and having three bathrooms was very convenient. Only downsides? - my husband uses a cane & there is a step from the entry to the living area & no grab bars in shower.

Great home and location

The house did not disappoint! So well stocked with the simple things like plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc.(I have stayed in many that have the bare minimum). House was comfortable, larger than appears from outside, so much room for everyone. The house was very clean and the linen service quality was great. The hot water/showers were so nice, we were all able to get ready without worrying about the water getting hot. Games galore. The pool and spa were fantastic. Spent the entire day lounging and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating and grill.

MY MOM'S 70TH BIRTHDAY

THE SUMMER HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE FURNITURE FIT IN SO WELL WITH THE PLACE IT HAD A LOT OF SPACE SO MY COUSINS CAME FOR MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY FRIDAY TO SUNDAY THE POOL IS AWESOME AND REFRESHING ALONG WITH THE WATERFALL AND THE HOT TUB WAS FUN ONCE YOU GOT THE JETS MOVING THERE WAS ALSO A LOT OF DECK SPACE AND SPACE AROUND THE POOL SO WE COULD SOAK IN SOME SUN WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AND I CAN SAY YOU WILL TOO I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS VACATION RENTAL

Relaxing and great location

Our family had a wonderful time - the location is ideal—close to Stone Harbor and Cape May. The home is comfortable and spotless - the kitchen is fully equipped - The star is the outdoor entertainment area! The pictures don’t lie - My constructive input - 1. The bed in the bedroom facing the street is a platform bed and the slats made a lot of noise . 2. The missing lighting and rail by the pool are important . 3. There should be a sign that the fireplace is not turned on. Our contact Lisa was wonderful - Will be back! Thank you My

Beautiful Property

When we arrived we were in awe with how beautiful the property is. It was clean and had plenty of parking. There were plenty of fresh linens and towels available for our use. For our first night, we planned for a night time pool party as the property lists there are pool lights. Unfortunately the pool lights were not operable. When I messaged the owner about this issue they responded that they stopped working last week, which I was not informed of. Also, the fire pit was not operable so a lot of the things I purchased for the pool and the fire pit went to waste. The property owners never followed up or made any attempt to remedy this issue when I let them know that this was an issue for us.

Thanks so much for your review. It was very unfortunate that the pool light stopped working the day before this guest arrived. She was our last guest for the season. Some things are out of our control as owners. I know it can be disappointing. I have rented homes where things have broke or need repaired. My goal is to always remedy the situation as soon as possible. However, the pool needed to be drained in order to fix the light so it was best to wait and not interrupt her short stay. The light in the spa still worked fine and I have string lights out on the patio which lit up the entire area so the pool was still very much able to be used and enjoyed in the evening. The firepit was operable, but the igniter battery was dead which I didn't find out about until the day she checked out. I'm not sure if she tried to manually light it with the extended lighter I keep in the house? I used the lighter to make sure it worked and it lit fine. I'm sorry these issues happened during her stay.

The home was beautiful, and the pool was the center of attraction. The home inside was clean and spotless and included 3 full bathrooms, which was important to me. The owner contacted us via text on our very first day, and we were able to communicate with her daily whenever we had a question or concern. The homeowner also provided the guests with an organized binder for reference on using the pool, spa, kitchen appliances, and even listed restaurants and attractions in the area. This idea saved us countless hours of research. The only drawback for me was the sheets. I paid extra for the sheet and towel service, which I loved not having to pack them. However, I had to put the sheets on all the beds since my children were not arriving till really late Friday evening because of work. I'm 75 years old and it was a challenge for me. I would have loved the cleaning staff to include putting the sheets on the beds. Otherwise, it was a great place, and I will recommend this house to family and friends.

Great getaway

We absolutely loved this property. The house was very clean and updated. Our 3 year old daughter loved the pool and spa. The location is perfect. So close to Avalon , Sea Isle , Cape May. We were able to explore all around. We will definitely be booking again. Lisa was very accommodating. So sad to leave Thanks. Again

Great Getaway

Accommodated 7 adults very comfortably. The grill allowed for a family meal without the restaurant wait. The adult kids (under 30) enjoyed the hot tub and pool toys. Comfortable outdoor seating around the fire pit was nice and relaxing. An easy less than 5 minute drive to the ocean.
