We had an amazing time! The condo is perfect. The best view in the building! Clean, comfortable, well stocked! We had so much fun we added an additional day to the end of our stay. I'm ready to come back!

Loved the location of the unit in the building, on the Gulf Place property near Santa Rosa Beach area on 30A! Perfectly sized space for our family. Clean and great communication with the host and management company. Loved the pool and the easy access to the beach!

Great place and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cabanas 406 has the best ocean view of all the units in my opinion. The condo is clean and well organized with labels and instructions for virtually everything!!

Great condo with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean and had room for our whole family of six. They also had some beach chairs and toys that we were able to use. We would definitely stay again!

Bed was very comfortable. Sofas in great room area, also very comfortable. Counter space in bathroom, very small, but I actually owned a unit in the Cabanas many years ago and remember the small vanities. Expected more bling in furnishings and decor, but like I said, very comfortable Enjoyed my stay.

Great Location for Young Family

Wonderful location if you have little ones and need a quick walk to the beach. Loved having pizza, coffee and other restaurants nearby!

Wonderful place! We loved the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The winning highlight for us was having an ocean view while our 6month old napped/slept, walking the whole family to coffee and then taking the beach route back to the condo and being able to quickly pack up and be under a beach umbrella in a matter of minutes! Our stay was a total dream.

A great stay in a beautiful unit! The balcony is great and you can see the ocean from the balcony! The beach access is right across the street and is perfect! The pool and hot tub are really nice in the evening. It is the perfect location on a quiet beach! There is no washer/dryer in the unit, which is the only downside. But there are community washer/dryers across the hall.

Clean- family friendly- great location

We loved staying here and plan to again! It was clean, well stocked, and even had beach toys for the kids! We loved the private beach and the kids loved the pool at night. It had a pretty water view even though it wasn’t on the beach! It was comfortable and affordable! Close to shopping and a short walk to the beach.

Perfect stay on 30aA!

Gulf Place Cabanas are the perfect place to stay at Santa Rosa Beach. The property is well maintained and clean. Beach access is directly across the street. Restaurants and shopping are just steps away. It’s such a beautiful area!
