We are glad you enjoyed your stay. It is unfortunate you felt stress caused by our "rules" and "fees". When you book our home you sign a contract and agree to all of the rules and fees. As far as fees go, I only pass on the fee the HOA charges me if you put garbage into the outside cans that are not in garbage bags. I provide garbage bags so that you can easily abide by the HOA rules. There is a rule to not climb on the roof, for safety reasons. We also ask guests to put sunscreen on outside, keep food in eating areas (not bedrooms, as the bugs come marching in for any crumbs) and to not wear shoes on the carpeted areas. This allows guest to have a clean experience all through the summer. We clean the carpets twice a year, but can't clean it during the high season when guests are staying back to back. We also ask that you clean the BBQ if you use it, or we pass on the fee that the cleaning company charges us for cleaning it. We feel that these our reasonable requests and list these all in our documents our guests agree to during booking.

I apologized that the icon description of the bed configuration was incorrect. However, the detailed description that was found just below the icon pictures gave a correct, detailed description of the bed setups in all of the bedrooms. It is clearly stated that the home sleeps 14. The guest had 13 people in their party. The icon description has been corrected. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
