Il punto di piacere si trova su un punto con una grande vista sul lago Murray a Gilbert, Carolina del Sud.

Questa casa executive può ospitare comodamente 10 persone, con una casa principale e un monolocale al di sopra del garage è perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia.

Questa casa vanta una grande vista sull'acqua con un portico avvolgente che include un gazebo coperto di glicine con un pozzo del fuoco per la torrefazione Smore serale e un'area schermata con i fan per sfuggire al caldo.

C'è anche una spiaggia sabbiosa per far divertire i bambini. L'acqua di tutta la proprietà inizia a poco a poco e diventa gradualmente profonda, che è perfetta per i bambini piccoli a giocare con un genitore.

La casa ha un bacino con l'anno intorno all'acqua e pesca eccellente per Striper. C'è anche un ascensore per imbarcazioni che può essere regolato su accordo per coloro che cercano un noleggio a lungo termine.

La casa principale ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e mezzo. La camera matrimoniale al piano di sopra ha un balcone privato con vista mozzafiato, letto king size Serta e bagno completo con pavimento in marmo, doccia in piedi, vasca idromassaggio e toilette con bidet francese.

La seconda camera da letto nella casa principale è anche al piano superiore con un letto a castello pieno di dimensioni.

La camera da letto al piano inferiore nella casa principale è grande con un letto queen size (nuovo materasso Serta).

C'è anche un monolocale sopra il garage con una cucina completa, un letto king size e due letti singoli, cucina, soggiorno e un bagno completo.

La casa ha pavimenti in parquet e / o controsoffitti in piastrelle e granito con un concetto di open space, tutto quello che stai cercando in un ambiente esecutivo, dal punto di vista del lago, ai 3800 piedi quadrati di spazio abitabile utilizzabile, alla tranquillità delle acque del lago Murray.

Our host was amazing; very accommodating and easy to reach. The property on the point provides beautiful views, and the cupola is the perfect place to sit out of the sun. It’s close to Fifty Fifty watersports for jet ski rentals and to Bomb Island where we spent a magical sunset watching thousands of purple martins flock across the lake to roost for the night. It was definitely a highlight! I do recommend bringing water shoes for the walk into the lake as the bottom is rocky. We had a fantastic time!

Great Lake House Retreat

The property was perfect and offered plenty of privacy on the peninsula for our group. Highly recommended for any group that wants a great stay on the lake.

Pleasure Island

Our overall impression of this VRBO was excellent. We enjoyed the view of the lake immensely and the owner was very attentive and helpful. It had everything we needed.

House was wonderful. Everything we neededWe stayed for graduation weekend and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind in between celebrations we had. The house has everything you need. Host was responsive when contacted. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be is to have 2 sets of keys for the house so that any guests staying in apartment above garage have their own access.

Guys trip

Had a great experience golfing and fishing on the lake. Owners were easy to contact and allowed an early check in, as well as providing dining recommendations in the area. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

The property was perfect and even better than expected! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous spot on Lake Murray. We enjoyed the porch and lawn too! I hope we can go back again for a longer stay!

Amazing!

We had an amazing vacation in Tammy’s home. The house is situated with beautiful views of the lake, it was clean and nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Tammy was super friendly and helpful. She responded quickly too! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Lakehouse and owners

Everything was just perfect for our son’s graduation weekend from USC! Very spacious home with so many areas to relax and enjoy the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and it was very easy to dock at the property. Memories for a lifetime and we would love to come back sometime soon! The South Carolina Gamecock decor throughout the home was an added surprise that everyone loved! Thank you Tami😘

One of the best vacations ever!

If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. Perfect VRBO for getting away, relaxing and enjoying God's creation! Both Sunrises and Sunsets over the water right from your front and side porches. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Lots of little get away spots to enjoy some quiet time, but also, a great place for gathering together and enjoying meals, games and fellowship. I hope that some day we can return. Thank you Tammy and Matt for sharing this awesome place.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Some family couldn’t come so that was disappointing. We had our elderly mom with us (93) so getting around was difficult. The house was clean on inside but definitely could use pressure washing and some upkeep especially screen porch. Soap for showers could have been provided and more paper towels. Overall, we had a nice stay and it was comfortable.

Wonderful Lake House!

This is a terrific property on Lake Murray! We had extended family for USC graduation, and really enjoyed the house. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the beds were comfortable, everything was super clean. I would note that we didn’t notice the 2nd bedroom upstairs doesn’t have its own bathroom- but we made it work. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and toured the lake, which I highly recommend! Thanks for a very memorable weekend!!

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay at the lake! The house is as described. It is a true family house with spectacular views and outdoor space. It does not feel like a five-star resort, but I do not mean that negatively. The screen porch and gazebo are lovely. The kitchen is adequate -- coffee pot needed help but the Keurig works fine. The sunsets were just incredible. It's an easy drive to Publix, a bit farther to Starbucks, and Columbia is a bit of a hike. We enjoyed the big cozy living room with enough space for several adults to lounge; nice flat yard for a lowcountry boil and space for the kids to sidewalk-chalk; wanted to enjoy the fire pit but it was a bit windy/chilly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! This was the perfect getaway for both kids and adults. The views were breathtaking, and there was always something to enjoy. The fishing was great, and one of our favorite parts was watching the wildlife—we saw deer every evening and even spotted one swimming across the water! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave when our trip was over. We made so many wonderful memories here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly retreat!

I was blessed enough to grow up playing in the tranquil waters of Lake Murray and always dreamed of one day owning a home on the lake. I passed this love onto my husband. This home is our dream home and we are delighted to share it with you.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This home is located at the end of an island with a 'big' water view of Lake Murray sunrises and sunsets. Its' iron fence adorned with a Gamecock is just one of the many features of University of South Carolina memorabilia in the home.
