Nice place, close to the beach access. I really appreciated the mattress and pillow protectors :) Had everything we needed to cook for our family of 6. Would stay here again. Great communication with the owners.

The space was comfortable and clean. It is close to the beach and other surrounding attractions like Bodie lighthouse, Wright Brothers memorial, Jockey Ridge, Janettes Pier. Close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It is located right next a restaurant that has an outdoor area, so they blast music until midnight each night. They also have the lights on to the outdoor area till midnight. Both bedrooms face this establishment. Maybe good for some people, but I prefer quiet.

Hello Julie, this was a bit of an unfortunate read. As you can tell from our other reviews, we strive for excellence and this knocks us back a bit. Our location is well documented for clarity. Had you reached out to myself or law enforcement, a 30 second conversation would have resolved any concerns there locally in accordance with sound ordinances. However, you chose to not communicate, which was a theme throughout your booking process, and instead wrote it here. Now. When nothing could be done. We enjoyed our time away. The place was clean, and super cute. We were happy with the location to public access to the beach as well as shopping and some amazing food choices. The beds were comfortable and the host was super kind and helpful throughout the process.

This condo was a lovely place to stay. I traveled solo and used the queen bed. Very comfortable! *** NOTE: Guests are responsible for their own linens (sheets, towels, etc). This was no issue for me as I had already packed them. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Condo was very clean. Aris was great to chat with throughout the process! There's a great burger joint right next door (Jack Brown's). Live music some nights, which was over at a reasonable hour and it never disturbed my sleep or relaxation. Balcony has 2 chairs for those who wish to sit outdoors. The outdoor shower was a little "eh," but the bathroom indoors was just fine - good water pressure. Would highly recommend the place!! Thumb's up :-)

A cozy condo in a great location.

We enjoyed our visit to the area and the condo was centrally located with plenty of choices of restaurants, attractions and the beach nearby.

Great location and an excellent host

We stayed for three nights and loved the place. Spacious, very clean and well-organized home just a short walk from the beach.Communication with the owners was exceptional. Would definitely reach out again about another stay when we travel to the area.
