Fabulous location, just a few blocks to the beach, steps to the mall and directly across the street from a sensational French restaurant (try it!). Hosts were friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the chance to take our dog on vacation, too!

Comfortable couches and bed. Can’t beat the short walk to Washington Mall and the beach. Very attentive hosts.

Beautiful stay and location

Fantastic location and lovely property. Property manager was informative and very helpful. Perfect location for those who are interested in being close to all the action and stores/restaurants. Icing on cake was we could bring our small dog. Would stay again!

Great space - well located

We had a lovely time in Cape May. The property was perfect for our needs - very well located and well equipped. We did have an issue when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond and deal with it.

We spent a wonderful week at Michael's apartment in Cape May. Conveniently located a block from Washington Street Mall and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. There was a problem with the washing machine but Michael paid for our costs at the laundromat and provided a generous added refund for our trouble. A great stay!

Easy, breezy stay!

Place was great overall! So many rooms and in an awesome location with parking! The only minor issue was the shower stall floor not being spotless. But that’s an easy fix though, and there’s a separate tub — so all good!

weekend getaway

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the Washington Mall and some restaurants. The area was quiet. The unit was clean and nicely kept. There was plenty of room for us and would have been plenty of room for another 2 guests. We will definitely remember this location for future stays in Cape May.

Wonderful stay in Cape May

Apartment had everything we needed. We loved having our did with us. He is part of the family. Location could not be better. It was very clean. Layout was a little quirky but that is to be expected with older properties. All of Cape May seemed to be within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

This location is perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. We went in mid-October so we were more interested in the shopping & restaurants than the beach. This place did not disappoint. It's a 2 min walk to Washington St. shopping. The house is an older house, so understanding that before you get there is important. Tons of charm.

Great Location Stay in Cape May

My husband and I stayed at this cute little place for a few days vacation in Cape May. I have to say that October might be my favorite time of year at Cape May. The weather was beautiful and it wasn't crowded at all. The house was perfectly located on Washington Street so we were able to park the car on the property and walk everywhere we needed to go. It was fun to see the shops and neighborhoods decorated for fall and Halloween. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning again!

Not good at all- owners did not respond to communications - the lock barely worked (you had to pull the door in tight for it to latch or unlatch)- the kitchen and bathrooms were un air conditioned - the hot water took about 5 minutes to warm up - window blinds were filthy- mattress squeaked- pretty much everything was very very very poor

Disappointing stay

This place is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We’ve had good experiences with other VRBO rentals, so we’re looking forward to this one. I’m sad to say this one didn’t meet our expectations. Pictures are pretty accurate but don’t show musty smells or bathroom odors. We left some nuts in a bowl while we went to dinner, came back to ants all over the counters. I contacted the owner and killed as many as I could, but it left me feeling discouraged and frankly disgusted. Later that night when my husband fell over a step down from the hall to the kitchen and hit his head we decided to move to a hotel as we weren’t enjoying this place and felt uncomfortable.

Lovely time

The condo is great and we enjoyed it so much. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathroom arrangement is perfect for 4 people. I left some dishwasher soap-had to go to the Acme our first night and get some so having at least one there or telling renters to bring dishwasher soap would be great. Only a few items could be improved; all of the lightbulbs in the bedroom ceiling fixtures were burned out but it was not a big problem as the owner had left replacement bulbs; the master bedroom outside door and windows leak pretty badly. It was very, very windy during our stay and that room was pretty cold even with the heat turned up. The curtains were blowing into the room from the air blowing in from the outside; Lastly, the Roku remote for the living room seems to be broken-it rattles. We solved the problem by switching with one of the bedroom TVs, which we switched back before we left, but wanted Michael to know that it's not working
