Questa casa a schiera splendidamente decorata e meticolosamente mantenuta è nuova sul mercato! Situato sulla spiaggia di Rehoboth, dietro il famoso Big Fish Grill e le Arenas, troverete una tranquilla strada alberata di case a schiera di 2 piani. Questa casa a schiera vanta 3 camere da letto e 2, 5 bagni, 8-10 posti letto: due matrimoniali, 2 set di letti a castello gemelli e un divano letto.
La casa è completamente attrezzata con grill a gas, cucina completamente accessoriata e lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza della casa. Tutti i comfort che potresti desiderare: grande frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, Wi-Fi, aria condizionata centralizzata, forno a microonde, 2 TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, giochi da tavolo, ecc. Ci sono due posti auto assegnati e anche i pass per i visitatori. Abbiamo anche un tag per il parcheggio gratuito in città!
Spaziosa casa a schiera, completamente attrezzata e arredata con gusto, nel tranquillo e comodo atterraggio delle aquile - A pochi passi da due delle tre piscine comunitarie e dai campi da tennis, e percorribile in bici fino al centro di Rehoboth e alla spiaggia. Appena a ovest della Route 1 (dietro Big Fish Grill). Un breve tragitto in auto vi porterà ai centri commerciali outlet, supermercati, ristoranti, parco acquatico, così come l'affascinante centro di Rehoboth e tutti i meravigliosi servizi per le vacanze di Rehoboth Beach.

What a dream!

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed condo. The location is quiet but central to everything the area has to offer. It seems like everything is only 1 mile away! The kids enjoyed the pool everyday, which is located directly across the street. The owners were very responsive to all questions and the check in was a breeze. We are already looking forward to next summer and would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful vacation house

Great location! Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pools were perfect for the kids when they didn’t get enough water play in the ocean.

Beach Trip 2023

This property is an end unit and we lived the open concept main living area. The lication is just 5 minutes from the ocean and located close to shopping, restaurants, beverage stores and downtown Rehoboth. The co.munity has 3 pools for access and we had a wonderful vacation.

Family friendly

We had a great week at this property! There are four beach chairs, a cart to carry your beach items. Also there are toys which my kids loved playing with. We also traveled with an infant so the high chair and pack and play were useful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful home, great pool(s)

We really enjoyed this house. We go to the beach each year and this year we booked a bit late. So we ended up booking a place that was farther from the beach than we usually book. It was a 5-10 minute drive and probably 30-40 minute walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk. But we ended up going for a morning walk to a coffee place called Rise Up each morning and would sometimes go to the boardwalk afterwards. Despite being farther away from the beach, the location was really great. It was right off 1 with tons of stores on the main strip. The house was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived. It had central air and fans in each room, 2 bunk beds for the kids and two rooms for adults. No complaints at all with any of it. The star of the week ended up becoming the pool. There are actually multiple pools in the complex but the smaller one is right across the street. And I mean RIGHT across. Forgot sunblock? Just cross the street to get it! And it isn’t a busy street. It’s super quiet and private. The quietness was amazing. So close to a busy highway, so close to the amenities but it was QUIET. We barely ended up going to the beach and that was ok! The pool was quiet, easy access and relaxing. Different from what we expected but really delightful. Sara was really quick to respond with answers to my questions. All in all, a great experience.

Ahhhhmazing!

This was the perfect property for my family of 5 and my brothers family of 3. The host was attentive and available. The property is exactly as advertised and well kept. Location is awesome because you do not have to sit in much traffic getting to and from the beach. We will be back!

Great Condo! Close to everything!

Everything was great! The condo was perfect for our family. Getting to the ocean and restaurant is very easy and the pools are within a short walk.

Fantastic Property

The house was perfect. We are a family of 3 (including a 2 year old), and it was just what we needed. The house was very clean with brand new carpeting and floors, and it had a very beachy feel. The sunroom was perfect to enjoy coffee before the rest of the house woke up! An added bonus of the house were the toys, toddler supplies, and beach equipment there for us to use. It’s a very convenient location right across the parking lot from one of the community pools and less than 10 minutes to the beach/boardwalk/restaurants. We will definitely be looking into renting this space again on the future!

Great property!

This home is in a great location for exploring Rehoboth. Only an 8 minute drive to the beach, and a parking permit is provided which helps a ton. We split our time between the pool and the beach. Pool was great too. Home is more spacious than pictures show. Has all supplies needed- beach stuff, kids beach toys, plenty of good beach chairs. The kids toys at the house were perfect for my 6 year old who in to babies! Also in walking distance to some good restaurants. Only issue at first was WiFi name did not match instructions. But we figured it out quickly. All in all a great trip away. Thanks!

Quiet neighborhood close to everything great at the beach

We would.love to stay at this property again. With a 3 and a 5 year old we wanted something quiet and convenient to everything at the beach, and this home delivered it all. Toys for the kids and beach chairs were a bonus, community pool was great. There was a little pet hair under furniture in the main living area, and some sand in the sunroom, but the carpet upstairs was brand new and very clean and the kitchen was also spotless.

Great house for little kids!

Overall this is a very good vacation house. It is a little worse for wear though. And the cleaning crew definitely is not thorough; lots of dirt on the floor, etc. The main floor is very roomy and the sunroom made a great playroom for our grandsons. All the toys were much used and appreciated! The pool was excellent! Pretty complex. The owner Sara was great and responsive.

I grew up at the beach and have longed for my children to have the same experiences I did as a child. Living in DC, Rehoboth Beach is a short drive and I'm thrilled my children can experience this beautiful and charming beach town!
