A soli 0,8 miglia da Pelican Beach e 1, 2 miglia dalle piscine del Beach Club, dal lungomare di Pelican's Nest, dai ristoranti all'aperto, dalla club house e dai campi da golf, si trova in una posizione perfetta. Divertiti guardando un campionario della ricca fauna di Seabrook mentre ti siedi sulla veranda protetta circondata da vegetazione tropicale. Rilassati con la famiglia e gli amici in questo cottage ben arredato.

Il cottage presenta una zona pranzo / giorno aperta con soffitti a volta e pavimenti in legno massello. C'è un tavolo per 6 persone - perfetto per riunirsi e condividere storie della tua giornata. Soffitti alti e un camino creano un'atmosfera ariosa. Le porte scorrevoli verso il portico schermato e lascia filtrare la luce solare attraverso gli alberi. L'arredamento confortevole offre posti a sedere per tutti i vostri ospiti. Divertiti a guardare spettacoli su HDTV / DVD. Great location and plenty of space

The house was more than enough room for us! It was a 5 minute drive to the Island Club pool and beach access, and a short drive to the gate/grocery store/restaurants at Freshfields Village. We also enjoyed visiting the horses at night!

Relaxing home

The pictures of the home are pretty accurate with the exception of the living room. The owners have recently updated the furniture to a sectional sofa which was nice for our group. We enjoyed cooking and our favorite was eating outside in screened in porch for our meals.

Very nice cottage in Seabrook Island. We've rented several properties on the island in the past and we really enjoyed this cottage. As a family of 5 all of our kids had their own beds and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was essentially a nice, cute home that had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch which had nice bistro lighting for relaxed long dinners outside. Also appreciated that they had pretty much everything your house would have; Tupperware for use, full kitchen with all the appliances you need, a nice Weber grill, and some spices and olive oil etc. (things you hate to buy for just a few days). They also had extra bikes that we used and helped us avoid renting 5 bikes for 5 days which was a great perk. It was well cared for, clean, and plenty close to the beach club and golf course. Thanks for a great stay!

Great time

We had a lot of fun staying at your place. The place was clean and it had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kids loved the loft area. Kitchen is updated. Plenty of seating for everyone. Screen porch is very nice to have. Location is good. It’s close to the beach by car or riding bikes. There was an outdoor gas grill but the tank was completely empty so we didn’t use it (good thing I checked before we got groceries). We had a great time overall and thanks for sharing your place. Would love to go back again when it’s a little warmer.

Great relaxing getaway for a small family

We spent a short time at Tarpon Pond and enjoyed our stay! Our family of four came for the end of Spring break and there was plenty of room for us. It was a very relaxing place to stay - very quiet and surrounded by nature with a lovely back screened in porch perfect for hanging out as a family or reading solo. Conveniently located to the beach and ponds. Also plenty of great areas to go running if that is your thing. We would definitely come here again!

Spring Break 2019

Our stay was amazing! The home was lovely and very well equipped. The owner had taken time to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to seabrook island. The island was so quiet and peaceful, yet with two teenage girls to keep occupied we were able to find plenty to do. Saw so many dolphins! I would highly recommend both sea brook island and this home.

Excellent House in a perfect location

My wife and I were here for two months and loved it! Very close to the beach and incredibly relaxing. Not many places you can have a family of Deer feeding in your front yard every morning. Comfortable house, plenty of parking and the perfect place for spending time at the beach.
