Sei sulla famosa e famosa Gardiner's Bay, con una spiaggia tranquilla a pochi passi dal ponte posteriore e splendidi tramonti ogni notte. C'è una meravigliosa piscina, doccia esterna e vista sull'acqua da ogni stanza della casa, dove l'enorme camera da letto principale con il suo balcone di Giulietta si trova al secondo piano mentre le camere degli ospiti sono al primo. La suite privata per gli ospiti con ingresso indipendente fa parte, ma separata dalla casa principale. Ha un nuovo bagno piastrellato a mosaico. Sei vicino a tennis, golf, ristoranti, negozi e film. 15 minuti in bicicletta dalla spiaggia dell'oceano. 5 minuti di auto dal villaggio di Amagansett, 15 minuti da East Hampton e 20 minuti da Montauk.

Wonderful
Family came and went but we stayed the entire time and it was absolutely perfect. Joanie was more than gracious and made sure our stay was wonderful. Can't wait to return.

A +++ Review - the best of the best
I cannot say enough great things about Joanie & her beautiful beach house. I was looking for a last minute beach house for the weekend for myself, my sister who was coming down from CT & a few of our girlfriends from out of town. It was the last weekend in September & we lucked out having the best weather ever - it was a true summer weekend. Joanie's beach house is lovingly and meticulously kept with the most stunning water views from the living room, two of the bedrooms and from the spacious back deck ON the beach (equipped w/ an outdoor shower). The house was well stocked especially with food and a plethora of towels. We spent most of the day on Saturday laying by the beautiful in ground pool and catching the last few rays of summer/fall & we also walked to the beach (about 25 steps directly off the back porch) and used the kayak & paddle boards. I enjoyed how secluded her beach house was - it is located on the dunes and to get there it is up a beautiful winding private road. It was nice being a little off the beaten path & not having neighboring houses right on top of you YET it is perfectly located in the heart of the Hamptons - we had no problems getting everywhere we wanted to go (which included a ride out to Montauk as well as multiple trips to the Lobster Roll & Goldberg's Bagels :) Joanie was very accommodating letting us stay there so last minute and I found her to be the best of hosts. She was quick to reply with all my questions & she had everything set up perfectly for us when we got there. It was my first time using VRBO & I have to say I was a little nervous and hesitant at first (probably because I was the one making the plans for the group) but it ended up working out perfectly. My sister & I have grown up going out east so I can say with confidence that this is a TRUE Hamptons beach house. Our friends who were visiting from out of town had never been out there before and were AMAZED at how beautiful, peaceful and gorgeous it was there. We had breakfast down on her beach on Sunday morning - sitting on blankets watching the boats go by and everyone kept saying the same thing - how we wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to be back for a visit soon in the near future. It will hands down be my go-to place to stay out there when it is available. Thank you again Joanie!

The owner is right, this is the best beach house!
We loved our two week stay in this house. We --- my husband, our daughter and me and occasional overnight guests --- had the best vacation ever. The house is comfortable, lovely, commodious; the owner is warm, helpful and very gracious; the location is perfect. The bay beach is at your feet and the heated pool is right there too. The layout makes entertaining a breeze and the house has everything you could ever want. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms, great deck, flat screen TVs, bikes…we can't say enough except to add that we will be back. Wish we were there now!

It's the wonderful mood. Beautiful, comfortable, easy-going. Lovely beach. And although we are not far from everything we need (groceries restaurants etc) we are still in the natural world. That's the magic.
