Mike...I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the heads up about the front lock. My apologize for the inconvenience. The front office was immediately notified of the situation. On-site maintenance attempted to fix the sticky lock the same day; however, it was determined that the scope of work was beyond their means, and a third-party locksmith had to be scheduled, Unfortunately the locksmith was unable to arrive before your departure. The door locks have since been replaced, and the situation has been resolved. It is greatly appreciated contacting me so to have been able to have it working properly for my next guest. I look forward to having you back again soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I do want to provide some feedback for future guests, however. I have owned and personally managed this property since 2014, and maintaining a clean, well-cared-for non-smoking home is extremely important to me. My professional cleaning team uses a detailed standardized cleaning process between every stay, and I was therefore disappointed to read your comments regarding the condition of the unit. Had any specific cleaning issues had been brought to my attention during your stay, I would have made every effort to address it immediately. Regarding the temperature, when you contacted me, I arranged for Coral Cay Condominium property maintenance team to inspect the air-conditioning system promptly. They found the system operating normally and cooling properly. At the time of their inspection the thermostat was set to 74 F degrees and the air coming from the vents measured approximately 43 F degrees. There was no mechanical problem identified with the A/C. The unit does have a Google Nest smart thermostat which allows the temperature to be controlled electronically. I understand that not everyone is familiar with the Nest system (I did provide you with the operation of the nest system in my helpful information guide I sent you before your stay) and I'm sorry it was not intuitive to use. I assisted with lowering the thermostat settings to provide you with a comfortable stay. I take every guest's feedback seriously and continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience. At the same time, I want future guests to know that this home has been successfully rented and cared for since 2014 with a long history of guest reviews. I regret that this particular stay did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you bringing your concerns to my attention.
