Meno di un miglio a Loon Mountain, 1 miglio dal centro della città con negozi e un numero di ristoranti tra cui scegliere.

Due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale ciascuna, una camera con due letti singoli. Cucina aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Wi-Fi gratuito, 2 TV a schermo piatto.
Accesso a due piscine esterne riscaldate, campi da tennis e griglie sulla proprietà del resort. (Stagione estiva).

This condo unit is in the perfect location to enjoy the surrounding attractions. It was clean as can be and was a perfect launch pad for our local adventures. The highlight of the unit for us was the balcony overlooking the river. We spent countless hours out there, even in the chilly weather, enjoying the vibe. It was stunningly beautiful.

Great for a family. Master bedroom on one side and two bed and bath on other side. Good for privacy. Easy access to Ladies Bath with excellent swimming and sunning. Easy access to all local amenities.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. 2 adults and 3 children. Between the river and pool there is always something fun to do at home. Major attractions less than 15 minutes up the road. Great trip. Will definitely book again in the future.

Awesome location for swimming the river. Close to Loon Mountain where we rode the gondola up. A short drive to where we went to Clark’s Trading Post. Another short drive to the Flume Gorge. Close to restaurants. Prime location overall.

This was a great location! The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans (for the stove and oven), measuring cups, serving utensils and small appliances (toaster, microwave, hand mixer and coffee maker). The mountain was so close and I wasn't skiing so we chose to drive most days, but it was great to have the option of the shuttle on the day we used it. We also enjoyed the games/playing cards in the evening after skiing.

The property is perfect. The view is gorgeous. Overlooking the river and the mountains. We enjoy cooking as a family on vacation and they were good pans everything you need including a griddle. We loved having access to the two pools and did use the grill at the pool one night. The beds are very comfortable. You can see the swimming hole from your balcony and if you enjoy going out to eat, there are lots of places to choose from less than five minutes from the house. We ate at the common man one night, which was excellent food and really cute atmosphere and we did multiple days of hiking, which is very close to where we were staying less than 15 minutes. There is no air-conditioning, but even with the 80 days the house stays very cool and I had no problem sleeping. There are fans if needed. Overall, great place to stay with family and friends and lots of amenities. The house does have everything you need including games. I highly recommend. The condo is quite spacious and great set up for spending family time.

Great getaway

The whole family loved it!! Great place to be in the summer with a swimming hole to walk into from your own backyard not much beats it, really beautiful location and great hosts. Will definitely consider for next year if available

New Hampshire Getaway

The property has a private feel, even though it is located in a condo complex. Check in was an easy process and the setting was very relaxing. It was close to local shops, restaurants and tons of activities. Beds were comfortable. The view from the porch is even better than the pictures! We would absolutely stay here again!

River Side Accommodations

Location, Location, Location! Rental was very clean and easy to get settled. Easy to sleep with a window open and listening to the river flow right outside. NO need for any sound machines! Totally would stay again!

Great spot by the river, close to Lincoln

Great spot on the river for the afternoons and listening to the river at night. Clean, and nice. Plenty of space for up to 6 people. Close to Lincoln and everything outdoors, hiking, water parks, and shopping. It would be fun to visit in the winter for a ski vacation. Will be back!!

Fantastic Location

The condo was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation! The river views from the deck were amazing- perfect spot for morning coffees and relaxing all day. Easy walk to the swimming hole and quick drive to everything in downtown Lincoln and Franconia Notch. Condo was clean, very quiet and accessible with only a half flight of outdoor entry stairs. Owners were quick to reach. We would book again!

This condo has been in the family for years and it continues to be our favorite place to get away. We can stay connected or disconnect and get away from it all. We love this place and all the areas has to offer, and hope visitors will love it just as much!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

When looking for a property we wanted a location in close proximity to Loon Mountain with river access, beautiful mountain and river views, and close to town for easy walking or bike riding. In the winter we are able to take advantage of being so close to the mountain resort for skiing, and in the summer we have the beautiful views and even a swimming hole just steps away. This is a unique riverfront property with views and river access that would be hard to match.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This location and setting can't be beat! So close to town and the mountain, and a beautiful swimming hole in the back yard! In non-winter months a paved path is available from the condo to the center of town, and also from the condo right to the mountain resort.
