Se stai cercando il perfetto rifugio per famiglie in riva al lago, non cercare oltre. Fuggi dal trambusto della vita quotidiana in questa pittoresca casa sul lago recentemente rinnovata situata sull'East Bass Lake a Gwinn, MI. Goditi l'acqua con una barca da pesca, 2 paddle board e 5 kayak. La sera puoi giocare a carte o giochi da tavolo, guardare film, navigare in Internet, rilassarti mentre guardi il tramonto dal gazebo e fare s'mores alla buca del falò. Il nostro cottage è perfettamente attrezzato per grandi riunioni, con 5 camere da letto ognuna con una bellissima vista sul lago. La casa è situata su una penisola, quindi si ha una vista mozzafiato e accesso all'acqua su entrambi i lati della cabina. Questo rifugio per famiglie è completamente arredato con lenzuola, asciugamani, stoviglie, spezie da cucina, giochi d'acqua, biciclette e giochi di carte / da tavolo per tutti. Siamo situati a meno di 30 minuti da Marquette, dalla Northern Michigan University, dal teatro Lake Superior e dal comprensorio sciistico di Marquette Mountain. Questo è un luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia! Tahquemenon Falls, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Seney Wildlife Refuge, Porcupine Mountain State Park, Isle Royale e Mackinaw Island sono tutti raggiungibili in poche ore di auto. La contea di Marquette è diventata una destinazione per la mountain bike e lo sci di fondo. Absolutely wonderful!! The lake was so peaceful and the water surprisingly warm. We loved spending our time on the decks/docks and out on the kayaks. House had everything we could have needed and more. We would happily come back and stay even longer!

Love the location and the lake was not busy. House was clean, lots of sleeping space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Had family Thanksgiving there and kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. House was spacious with room for everyone to relax and enjoy our trip. Lots of board games which we enjoyed while watching the snow fall.

Beautiful place that provided pretty much everything you needed…a very well stocked kitchen, plenty of life jackets, floaties for the lake, smore sticks, 2 refrigerators, kayaks and stand up boards…plenty of room for our party of 13, clean with easy check in/out.

Surrounded by lake in front of house and in back- beautiful lake views. Clean and well equipped. Perfect set up for a group. Rooms spacious and loved the back sunroom overlooking lake. We arrived to a wonderful welcome gift of local coffee, cinnamon toast, UP chocolate bars- and a six pack of a local ale. Hope to come back again during the summer this time.

This is a beautiful home full of personal touches to make anyone’s stay perfect! Communication was excellent. The home was clean and cohesive. Awesome place to enjoy the beautiful Bass Lake. My family had a lot of fun fishing and kayaking. Wish we had more time at the house but were in the area for our daughter’s wedding so we’re gone quite a bit. Definitely would love to come back.

Wonderful Upper Peninsula Experience

We loved this house. It was lovely, clean, comfortable, in a quiet location on a beautiful lake. We enjoyed fishing in the lake. The house is close enough to Marquette that we were able to enjoy the Pictured Rocks boat tour and take advantage of dinners in some of the great restaurants in Marquette. Wonderful vacation!

The title says it all, we had all the comforts of home while being able to roll out of bed and jump in the lake.Large kitchen full stocked with pots, pans, large fridge and an extra fridge in the garage. The deck is amazing, plenty of room to live outside. The water is very accessible with minimum stairs and hand railing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Snowmobile Trip

The property worked great for our snowmobile group. The host was amazing and responded to our last minute request to stay and also made arrangements for parking our trucks and trailers nearby in a secure area. The sleeping accommodations met our needs, although ttwo of the rooms lacked good heating for winter lodging

Perfect Calm

This hidden gem was the perfect retreat for our busy family to unwind and reconnect. We took in all the amazing features of the home and also the beautiful lake we were surrounded by. It was close enough to Gwinn that a quick trip for food or pizza was easy (and delicious). It was the reset we needed after a very busy school year.

Wonderful!

Absolutely amazing property!! From start to finish we LOVED everything about this rental. Dana, the property manager, really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was 5 star! The lake was gorgeous. There were 13 total in our group and we had plenty of room to gather and also to spread out if we wanted to. Highly recommend this property!! Beautiful vacation.

Great for all seasons!

We stayed in this house during the winter and it was spectacular! We were able to ice skate on the frozen lake and drink hot chocolate by the fire place. But the house has everything you need for the summer! It is also very well stocked if you like to cook. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8! Looking forward to coming next summer!

Property was very nice and the views to die for. The home had many water toys, bikes, and a fishing boat. Kitchen was very well stocked and loved the fact beach towels were available. The home very well stocked with start up items.

Wonderful Stay

This place was amazing with the water on both sides. It offered something for everyone in our group kyaking, fishing, bonfires. Parking was a bit tight as we had four trucks and trailers with side by sides but we were able to make it work. We had a wonderful time riding the trails during the day and hanging out playing cards and sitting around the campfire at night. Would love to come back during the summer and again next fall. a great hangout spot

We recently purchased the Bass Lake Retreat. I grew up in Marquette and spent a lot of time on lakes around Gwinn. My wife is half Yooper and enjoyed summers in the UP as a kid. We now have our own family and live in lower Michigan, but spend a lot of time in the UP. We have family on Bass Lake and have fallen in love with it visiting over the last few years. When we heard this place was for sale we jumped at the opportunity to have a place of our own on this beautiful lake. We plan on making countless memories here. Hope you, your friends and family can make some memories of your own!
