Beach access is the best part of this property. Plenty of parking right at the door.

We really enjoyed our time at Amelia Island. It was great to be able to bring our puppy. It was his first trip to the beach. He enjoyed visiting with any beach goers. He is a friendly little dog. We wish there was a view of the ocean but since it was one story we could not view the ocean. Maybe a balcony up on the roof for rocking chairs.

Nice cozy house on the beach

Our family of 4 and our dog really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean, comfortably, and right at the beach. We would love to stay here again soon!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The cottage was beautiful, the beach access was convenient, and we felt safe the entire time. It was the perfect lazy getaway that we needed.

Great experience, second time at residence and thoroughly enjoyed it again! Rental is just as described and location to the beach is perfect.

Charming home, great location!

We loved staying at this house for our beach vacation! While it’s on the smaller side it’s got everything you need and you can’t beat the location!

Great house and great location

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for our small family. It's in a great location across the street from the beach and close to the downtown area. Everything about it was perfect for our stay and we were having such a good time that we extended our stay 3 days longer than originally planned.

Comfortable time at the beach

Very nice place for our family of three to stay at the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything utensil-wise we needed, and the house is beachfront. Would stay here again!

The house was cute and cozy. Check in was a breeze and the house was perfectly clean. The house was a small walk away from the beach, and close to most of the shops and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed family bonding and beach time together, thank you again!

This was our third time staying at this house-it’s a perfect size for our family and it’s just a step to the beach! It’s clean, cozy, and always a pleasure staying here.

Perfect beach cottage

The property was in the perfect location, just steps from the beach. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay

We absolutely fell in love with this quaint house on the beach. The size was perfect for us, and it’s location was ideal. I can’t wait to book another trip here and make staying at this home a tradition.

Great Weekend

The house was awesome…everything was clean and well appointed. It is perfectly located steps away from the beach, will look to book this house again. The staff was excellent and very responsive.

Perfect location!!!

Just a few steps over the dune to the beach and a very short drive to downtown. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Very clean and the bed in the master was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes! You definitely chose a property with a perfect location, for all the reasons you mentioned: the beach, just across the dunes, and downtown historic Fernandina Beach only a few miles away! Great place to stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The Destination Amelia staff was helpful and quick to respond to our questions.We love the proximity to Fernandina Beach, the restaurants, shops, waterfront, golf courses, and beaches.This was our second stay here and we have already booked again for next year. We continue to find new adventures!
