Second time staying here! What a great spot! Awesome lake views! very convenient location both on and off the water. very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Great communication from Joy. Greta layout and very clean. Look forward to our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this property would gladly return. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and the location was perfect for enjoying the area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Joyce & Mike’s condo for four days during Bikefest with another couple! The condo is in a secure area, which was a big plus for us since we were traveling on motorcycles. Motorcycle parking is always a big deal, and the parking was exactly as Joyce described. Walking into the condo after riding in 100-degree heat was AMAZING! It was nice and cool and felt like heaven after being out on the road. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials we needed.Joyce & Mike are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Everything was just as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Bikefest adventure.We had a great time, loved the condo, and would absolutely stay here again! If you’re looking for a comfortable, secure, motorcycle-friendly parking place to stay, we highly recommend Joyce & Mike’s place!

This is our 2nd time at this condo and hope to stay here again next year. We enjoyed a 3-night stay for Labor Day weekend. Both the condo and the complex were so quiet. Very soundproof-never heard anyone above, below, or next to us. You don't have to worry about parking. Even during the holiday weekend we were able to get a parking spot right next to the unit no matter what time of day/night. The living room furniture is comfortable and we also liked sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. The host was fantastic - so friendly and prompt in replying. I appreciated the things you don't always find at a VRBO (good tp, comfortable bed and pillows, hangers, iron/ironing board, books, games). It is close to H. Toads where we had breakfast and dinner on the balcony with a great view (tip- look up the schedule for the bands playing late evening outside). Last year we went to Ha Ha Tonka. This year we enjoyed the tour at Stark Caverns.

Perfect little getaway

Great days at the Lake

Had a wonderful time despite all the rain. Lots to do in and around the complex. Always a great summer vacation with the family and friends.
